The main characters from both series are very similar. Harutora from Tokyo Ravens and Kojou are both dense, unlucky but awesome/epic at the same time. They were living a normal life until their lives changed. In Tokyo Raven: Harutora became an Onmyoji while in Strike The Blood: Kojou is a vampire. Both series takes place in a modern city filled with interesting characters. Add some supernatural elements and mystery too. Both series airing at the same time.

-Both are about exorcists -Female MC and Male MC have similar characters -Both have relationship between Female and Male MC

In both shows, students are training to become slayers of demons.

Similarities: The same situation where the guy becomes a sought after majou by a group of hot chicks. The same guys who were reluctant to even be a majou. Dissimilarities: One is a 13 episode anime while the other is a 24 episode long. The harem share their man with one another, while here, hummmm we're yet to find out.

Both main characters are unaware of who they really are at first, but assume their roles quite nicely when they find out for themselves

Both animes talk about "Onmyou-do", its art and practice. Tokyo Ravens has a modern approach but Shounen Onmyouji takes it back to its traditional roots.

Magic. Both anime have characters that fight with magic and protagonist that were drag by a certain girl to a school that conducts training on magic.

Both shows are about people with magic in the modern world, those magic users fight against ayakashi/demons but often they are seen fighting against each other. Male MCs are pretty powerful but not a lot of people are aware of that. In both shows, the family/bloodline you are from decides how powerful you will be (almost every time), but the male MCs aren't affected by it and got/get strong in their own way.

Both animes have something like familiars, magic, a mix of comedy and romance, and other similarities. If you love Tokyo Ravens, you should love Kamisama Kiss.

Two spiritual magic shows with very good writing, compelling story, and strong female leads. Both shows feature a male/female MC duo where the female is much stronger, but the male has significant influence over the story. both shows feature a strong array of supporting characters, very pretty animation, and clever, convincing dialogue making for entertaining, compelling shows with fun twists and fancy action battles. Despite their generic genres, both shows turn out to be very high quality in ways that these types of shows normally aren't.

There is the use of Familiars, both include exorcising creatures.

Tokyo Ravens and Noragami come with the package of dealing with spiritual beings with magic/abilities. The main male protagonist often comes in contact with these beings in their perspective worlds. Both series' main male protagonist has a past that is explored throughout their stories. Through them, certain plot elements are unraveled that ties together with its themes. Both series also takes place in a school life setting.. Tokyo Ravens has more romance while Noragami presents excellent comedy with its humorous dialogues and character interactions.

-Both animes has a weak maincharacter at the beginning and a female MC, who is the reason why the male protagonist is seeking for power. - Both animes have mecha aspects, but in Guilty crown its more mecha and in Tokyo Ravens its mixed with magic. -Ending is kinda similiar ( well in the anime at least) -The art of both animes are really good and the special effects are well done

Both series involve kids delving in onmyou arts(eastern magic). Whilst Kekkaishi are more about onmyou-type barriers known as kekkai, Tokyo Ravens focus on shikigamis which are pretty much helpers to onmyoujis(casters). If you're into shonen-type anime(adventure, action) mixed with supernatural elements, make sure to check out both!

Both related a novel and development of similar characters. Passing a pleasant climate even if in a heavy environment (War, discord...)

Supernatural/action anime that takes the characters up to the challenge to defeat rivals and enemies to protect their schools and themselves

In both worlds majority of. The population is either a "mage" or is powered by a "quirk". Both Male MCs are wanted by the villian group. Every person has their own unique powers just as each person has their own unique quirk. Both are pretty good (my baised opinion)

Similarities: Both have a bromance thing were the 2 dudes deals with the supernatural. Both have that situation , that they have to get into some school for training to become exorcises.... Dissimilarities: TR: One guy has some romance with a girl in the same school. Guy's friend happens to be a monster himself. Guy has a familiar that assist him in his fight against Dark Forces. JK: The main character itself is one half stupid and one half risk taker. The main character is someone even his own circle is to watch for.

Living a normal and peaceful life, the main protagonist encounters a life-changing event that takes away his dearest friend. Determined to track down and find her, he transfers into a magic academy. With a familiar always by his side, Kon of Tokyo Ravens for Harutora and Ilias of Trinity Seven for Arata, the main character undertakes many missions where he eventually pieces clues to the whereabouts of his lost beloved. Little did he know, however, that he possesses innate power that can change the world and that many seek that potential for their own selfish desires.

Both contain magic, Supernatural, and comedy elements. The two MC's want to become great shamans for the ones they care about. Both MC's have friends that help assist in conflicts. The stories take place in the modern day life.

The protagonists of both series want a peaceful ordinary life. Events occur and they are pulled further and further from their previously quiet and carefree worlds. As the series progress they discover hidden talents and find what truly matters to them.

Both Tokyo Raven and Hundred has a girl dressed up as a guy, and both are secretly in love with the protagonist. ( =] ) ALSO, there are similarities between the gender bender (girl)... they are both so stunningly CUTE!!!!

-main characters undergo similar transformation and appearance +similar personalities -both have a "tutor" figure -similar atmosphere and soundtracks

the art is VERY similar, I just started watching Tokyo Ravens and I couldn't help but remember Shiki, also because of the small countryside feel in the begining, and then both deal with the supernatural, there are also similarities between some of the female characters... but Shiki is gory and scary while tokyo ravens is not.

Though Black Bullet is based more on science i did find these 2 to be quite similar in a way... SAME: -humans fighting against other species -massive disaster in the past -many characters -super power/ magic -FEELS! -some characters having problems fitting in society -enemies working together -spys in the organization -big organization trying to stop monsters -characters with big personalities DIFFERENCE: Black Bullet: -scientific -future -humanity at last breathe -tons of blood -fast pace Tokyo Ravens: -magic -more modern -more comedy -humanity not ending -less blood -slower pace and more development
