Synopsis

Street racing shifts into high gear, taking a turn down the dark streets of underground racing as the proteges of legends arise!

Most of the Four Kings have since fallen from grace, and now the streets are ruled by the 13 Ghosts! But when a legendary racing god comes out of retirement to recuit some new talent, the die is cast, and the wheel is set in motion for some major competition with the 13 to rule the strets of Asia! So it comes that the chlidren of racing icons Tien Ren and Ichiro Sakazaki step forward to prove their worth as champions! But will the heirs to street thunder receive their crowns, or will previous kings Fuma and the Seer intervene with a plan of their own?
