| Mira hmm....how did you get the name magus anyway? |
| "What do you mean? You do hold the Magus rank do you not?" Masaru questioned. |

| "I thought it would be more respectful to address you as your rank and how you are known by most. Do you wish for me to use your name?" Masaru asked her. |

| "Meditation is a type of training for one of my abilities. It strengthens my mental fortitude." Masaru told her. |

| Mira *watched quietly, then she quietly chanted which made these black figures appear all around him, they started attacking him* |
| Farrah looked surprisingly at Mira then turned her attention to the figures around Masaru. |

| Masaru stayed calm as the shadows around him started to move. Each shadow impaled each of the black figures without him having to move. "I'm not defenseless." He stated. |

| "Well...that was more or less odd....you okay?" Farrah asked Masaru. She tucked in her black wings so they wouldn't hit any shelves or get in the way. |

| "I am unharmed." Masaru told her calmly, still in the position for meditation. |

| "Well that's good. I wonder why Mira attacked you the way she did." Farrah said then grabbed a book off a nearby shelf. "Oh! I've been looking for this book everywhere!" She said happily. |

| "More than likely to test me. It would make sense since I am the youngest here that she would make sure I am fit for being an Arc-mage." Masaru explained blankly. |

| Farrah put the book back on the shelf for a moment. "Why are you acting so dull? Come on, that's no fun, smile or something." She walked up to him and kneeled down so she could get a better look at him. |

| Mira *a dark shadow moved her to a safe area, the went back to attacking him, she lifted her hands in front of her, a dark mist came out of under them and surrounded masaru, it disables his defences making him have to attack them* |
| Farrah was tempted to uncover his face but she didn't."well I did say "or something" but its your choice not mine." Farrah got up and looked away from him. "Well can you stop being such a downer, mr. Negative? Its making me a downer as well." She smiled, she was just joking after all. |

| Farrah was shocked about what just happened. "What the?" She jumped back so she would be a safe distance away. |

| "I'm not quite sure how do to that." Masaru told Farrah before the dark mist engulfed him. "Tch." He then stood up and looked around slightly, before the figure attacked him once again. Masaru formed a shadow around his foot to enhance the strength, then kicked it in the gut, sending it flying out of the mist and into a bookshelf. He figured she could disperse it if she didn't want it to land on and damage the books. |

| Farrah saw it about to hit the bookshelf with the book she slaved over hours to find. She quickly put a barrier around it. |

| Mira *smirks, she points her hand at the one that went flying and it disappeared, she then waited for him to finish the rest, she was the only one who could actually see through the thick black wall of cloud* |
| Masaru had a shadow form around his arm hit the figure coming behind him in the chest with an open palm, also sending it flying out like the last. He then spun the leg with the shadow already around it to kick another in the head, causing it as well to fly out like the other two. He did the same thing with the several others that approached him until he saw no others. |
