| If your new to the program then I'll try and explain as best as possible. It's a p2p/chat/buddy list program that allows you to add your friends into your own little network and share files with just them. This works out perfect for community's that want to share specific things. The program also allows you to connect to your friends friends to expand your own personal network. The program is also server-less. This means it does not connect to any server to get peoples connection info or files. It connects directly to the people sharing files. This makes the downloads faster and also allot more secure since you should hopefully know the people your connecting and talking to. The client is also written in java so it works on Linux, Mac and Windows. |
