| Badge, Manga OTM, Couple OTM, and Anime OTM threads have been made. i still need to make my otm cards. took me longer to make the badges than what i thought. i will try to have them done tonight. if not i will definitely have them done tomorrow. ill let you know here in a few hours if the newsletters will get delayed. |

| ok all of my cards have been posted. i dont believe any more card makers will be participating this month. since i have not heard from any of them other than mercuria and moon. so feel free to give the codes to the newsletter to sakanage and send out newsletters. can someone please start the gl trivia for me. >.<' i will be rather busy tomorrow and will not have time to get on the computer. (that i know of anyways) so if someone could please start asking questions that would be great. if not i will start it up when i am able to get back on. |

| hii hii and welcome! sorry you werent approved earlier i have been super busy and havent been able to get on the computer. only been able to access mal through my phone. =/ i will send you this months staff newsletter. read it over if you have any questions on the info on how our cards are run feel free to ask. --- quick note: Card Makers: since..... no one made cards for our Rainbow RE. lol (totally forgot myself) we will add them along with our halloween cards. so if you plan on participating in that RE please have them posted before the 30th. thanks! :D |

| im not sure if ill be able to make cards this month or not. got a lot of things going on so im not positive ill be able to sit down and make cards/banners. so i will be relying heavily on all the other card makers to pitch in and make some cards... |

| Quick reminder on how the event is ran. got a lot of new card makers that have a lot of questions so i hope this will answer them all ^.^ * please do not post any of your halloween cards. no one is allowed to see them not even staff bc they too will be requesting different numbers so i want them to be just as surprised. * there will be 11 witches hats with numbers 1-11 on them in the halloween thread. - members will get to choose 3 numbers & staff 6 - you only make a cards for those who requests your assigned numbers above ^ example when ever i see a staff member or a club member requests the numbers 1 or 5 i make them a card. and only deliver to those who requested 1 or both of my numbers. ---- you make 2 different cards (or 3 cards depending on the amount of numbers you requested). one for each number. just like you would for any normal card edition. that way you differentiate which card to make when you see your number requested. however i always toss in click and save bonus cards bc i am horrible at narrowing down pictures i want to use. >.<' ---- -with so many numbers to choose from your number may get picked a lot or it may not get many requests. -the thread thread will be open for about 2 days give or take. since halloween here starts earlier than the states. when the thread is closed you then go through and make your cards and have them delivered. when i close the thread there will be a quote box labeled delivered. when you have had your cards delivered. please post your name and your assigned numbers in there. that way i can keep track on whose cards still havent been made. |

| lol oops! i knew the first time i calculated i got to 12 but when i assigned them they came out to 11. so i was a bit thrown off but oh well i'll just make one card. i dont have a whole lot of time at the moment anyways so that will be fine. |
