| Vlad put his blade into his scabbard and leaned against the tree near the fire and beagn reloading his gun for the first time that evening. Looking around the circle at what he had as allies, he realized how lucky they were. Then he thought about how much EASIER the fight would have been if he had his other friends with besides Eyassa... man he missed those two friends of his, well three he guessed. but thinking about him and his loss made his head hurt with all the memories. The memories of the five of them going on adventures, those days were over for him he thought. But seeing Eyassa again and fighting those monsters brought it all back... and it felt pretty good. He saw Eyassa standing near by and he motioned for her to come closer and sit down with him... |

| Sheridan stood up and walked over to the fire, taking a seat on the ground, leaning back against a log. His mind raced as Ketsu landed on his shoulder. His muscles ached from the exercise. The city life had softened him up too much. Escort jobs and deliveries. He was missing the anvil and the furnace, or the hunt. The hunt, that was such an essential part of a dark elf's blood. His elfknife flickered, as a pair of axes formed, changing the hilt. He breathed in the fresh air and his inner animal let out a roar. |

| Vlad looks at her and says "You know fighting like that reminded me what the 5 of us use to be like... you, me, and our friends. Sometimes I wished we stuck together and kept going despite what happened up North... I'm sorry I kept you out of the fight today. I just didn't want to see another one of my old friends die one me again... maybe that's selfish... maybe that's the reason why the team broke up and spread all over the country. In hindsight that seems kind of silly... we were stronger together then we were apart. I'm sorry Eyassa..." He looks at her or rather its almost as if he's looking through her... |

| Eyassa shakes her head gently at Vlad and smiles. It’s understandable that he’d feel this way. She leans in closer and rests her head on Vlad’s shoulder, bringing her arms around in order to comfort him. He seemed worried and awkward, so she just wanted him to relax a bit. There would be more dangers to come, so it’s better for them to just trust in each other’s abilities than to be confused about it. |
| He smiled and said "You always had a way with words Eyassa" and closed his eyes with the two of them leaning on each other as he fell asleep dreaming about... fishes. |

| "How cute" Kanaka said from near the river to Fumika. Fumika mumbled a words of agreement from behind her harmonica as she played. "Say, Fumika, how's your wound doing?" Kanaka asked. "It's starting to heal" she said. "What about your uniform?" Kanaka continued. "It repairs itself" Fumika said showing Kanaka the area where the teeth went through and ripped the shirt. "Ooohh" Kanaka said. |

| He listens to the night, or at least tries to. His mind shuts out the noise from the group as he takes in the surroundings. Ketsu is nestled against his neck, ready to bite if he tries to fall asleep. He had met Ketsu on his first venture into a dark cave about two leagues from Clockwork City. He had heard that the rocks there had special properties, and the skin of the inhabitants was prime material for leather wrappings. As he entered the cave Ketsu had taken notice of him, mainly because the giant elfkin had stepped on his wing. Although Herio removed his foot and carried him around, until his expedition had finished. By the end of the expedition Ketsu had become so attached that he didn't want to leave his partner's side. |

| Fay slept as fast as she layed down next to the campfire. The warmth is comforting and she knosw she's save here, being watched over by Sheridan, who's on watch. While she's sleeping, her body is filled with magic again. She recovers very fast, but usually she overflows with magic, making her live pretty difficult. That's why she needs to use it daily for the most simple things. Suddenly, around dawn, Fay opens her eyes and sits up. But when she looks around, she notices that everything is peaceful. She yawns and rubs through her eyes. She isn't sleepy anymore, she usually isn't, since she doesn't need much sleep. In search of her bag, she look around. She doesn't know if Sheridan is sleeping or not, maybe somebody took over his watch, so she keep quiet. When she sees her bag, which is right next to her, she takes out the biggest can she has. This one should be big enough to give everyone a cup of tea. She stands up and walks to the river. While she fills itr, she feels the magic sputtering in her hair. "Seems like the day can begin again." She walks back and with a movement of her hand, the fire gets a bitr bigger. With another one, the can hangs above the capfire, supported by her magic. Fay puts some tealeaves in it and than starts with repairing her three arrows. |

| Dawn came swiftly, they couldn't of gotten more than 3-5 hours of sleep! Vlad groaned sligtly as he awoke with Eyassa still leaning on his shoulder sleeping gently. He thought to himself "I sometimes forgot how she seems so frail and yet can be so powerful of a weaver when she wants to... next time I shouldn't be so over protective. I guess I got hero/martyr complex going on or something... yeah that's it". He looked up and saw Fay making tea and he murmered to her "Coffee I have found to be better to have for a quick wake up than tea, but hey adventurers can't be choosey (he winked and also said) good morning Fay". |

| As Sheridan had heard stirrings from the group he seemed to fall into a nap in the break between the quiet and Fay's growing fire. Could he get a half hour sleep before they decided to break camp? |

| Fay looks up when she hears Vlad speaking to her and smiles at him."Bad luck. I don't have any coffee, since I hate it. I'll buy some in the next town. But I do have some strong tea, maybe you'll like that better." She thinks about it and then nods. "I'll make it tomorrow." she says, while looking into the can. It should be ready in some minutes. "How about breakfast?" She suddenly looks up to Vlad, wondering what she should make. It'll be a long day, but more importanly, it has been a long night. "I have enough meat for making breakfast. Then I'll have to hunt again." Fay has no idea is she's speaking to Vlad or herself. She travels by herself, so she has the habit of talking to herself. When she looks next to her, she sees Herio. He looks tired. |

| Vlad smiled and said "You don't have to worry about hunting, hang on a sec... Flak?" he takes his finger and nudes the sleeping Mogul and asks "How about some coneys for breakafast bud?" The mogul is instantly up and moving and flits away over the field as fast as he can and when he comes back 3 times... he's bringing three rabbits. He drops two of them in front of Fay and the third he wraps his 'tail' around its neck and sticks his tip into the flesh sucking the fluids dry, if the thing had a mouth it would be smiling like a kid with lolipop or popsicle. "See" said Vlad smiling "No worries about hunting, I raised like a boy with a puppy. He can do all sorts tricks..." he saw Herio stir so he said to him "We can delay for an hour or so, the Lonely Village ain't far from here. So we can rest, we made good time yesterday. So no worries" he smiles at the big guy. |

| Fay looks up surprised when a rabbit was dropped in front of her. Then another one. "Well, that sure is conveniant." she mumbels before she takes her Elfknive and starts to remove the skin and other uneatble things. Then she prepares the meat, while she serachs for two cups. She pours some tea and gives one to Vlad. "So, you guys are going to the Lonely Village?" Fay looks at him, smiling. She takes a sip from her tea and takes a quick look at the meat. |

| If Herio's eyes worked, or could be seen one of them would have popped open at the comment, but wearing the cloth around his eyes had its advantages, and in a voice that was drowsy he said "Keep it to yourself, Boy" (Deception, speechcraft 400). Ketsu came back from the forest and landed on his partner's head, deciding that now would be a good time for a nap. Herio wasted no time and delved right into sleep, and though not dreaming he felt his mind and body becoming rejuvenated with each breath and each second of rest. His mind didn't need to work for those fifty minutes, and it enjoyed the bliss that came with it, even the elfknife became dull as Herio slipped away from the campfire and his companions, into empty, comforting nothingness. |

| Accepting the cup and sipping it he said "Yes we are, Clockwork City hasn't heard from the Village for a while now and they were concerned. My guess at this time was that the messengers kept on getting eatne by those things from last night. But I'm sure the village itself is all right, its called the Lonely Village for reason, you know? With being the only Wood Elfkin village outside of the nearby forest and it being almost completely cut off from the otther outside villages. It has grown to be one of the most well defended Villages in the Elf Lands. So the rest of this Job should be a cake-walk for us... do you care to join us? I'd recomend it, I don't know whether or not those things will come back again tonight..." he looked concerned about her as he said this. |

| Fay listens to him with a lot of interest. She had heard of the Lonly Villages, but didn't know anything about it. But she was surprised when he asked them to join them. He may be right, those Hellhounds will come back every night and it will be dangerous when she's alone, but... "Are you sure I can? I mean, I won't get in the way?" she mumbels shy. Since she leaft the house when she was 16, she had always traveled alone. In this year, she hadn't had to much problems, but this sure was one she couldn't have handeled alone. |

| Vlad said "Sure, an archer like you would be very useful. in fatc it was one of your arrows that gave me the idea to start using Ruin when it was one fire instead of shooting. Plus you you're a Wood Elfkin right? These forests are your home, so you may be useful if we need to take a detour or something... besides I don't I could let person go and wander off and die on my concious, now could I?" he smiled mischieviously |

| Fay smiles thanful. She's happy that she could be usefull. But then suddenly she shakes her head. "No, sorry, I'm a High Elfkin. I can find my way in the woods where I live, but I won't be usefull when you take a detour through an unknown one. But I'm an excellent mapreader." She grins. Inside, she's very happy that she can join them. It was very lonely, traveling alone. When she sees Iwasawa, she smiles at her. "Yeah, you're right." |

| Fumika played a quick easy cord on her harmonica before putting it back in her bag. She sat down near the fire "Ohhh, smells good!" Kanaka said with delight. "You can't even smell" Fumika said bluntly |

| "Agreed, but..." he looked at the sleeping figure of Eyassa still leaning against his arm and he said "I really don't have the sacs to wake up a girl when she's sleeping like this... plus Herio is till out like a light. On the other hand he might be grouchy, but I wouldn't feel as bad waking him up". |

| “Mnn...” Just as Vlad makes his comment, Eyassa opens her eyes and blinks groggily. The amount of activity at the campsite was enough to wake her up. She directs her sleepy gaze at Vlad and then at her surroundings as she gets reacquainted with the current situation. |
| Fumika patted her wound, "Still hurts?" Kanaka asked. "Only a little" Fumika replied. |

| Fay smiles at Vlad. "Many people make that mistake. I really am one. But.." She looks down, a bit uncomfortable now "...my ability hasn't fully awakened yet. When I really need it, I suddenly use it. At least, people teel me that, but I can't remember anything from it." She sighs and looks at everybody who is waking up. Then they suddenly decide to leave. "I would have liked to eat my breakfast." she mumbels to herself. She looks in her can and decides to drink another cup of tea. Fay notices that Fumika and Iwasawa are poking Herio to wake up. Seems like a bad idea to me. She moves a bit further away from them while she takes the backed meat and bites in it. It was good. |

| He grabs Kanaka as she prods into his ribs. "Play nice" He says, like a parent, telling his child to behave. He then stand up, straightening his crossed legs and standing up directly. "Can we make it to the village before nightfall?" He flexes his neck and shakes his limbs, taking a sip from his skin. Water, with a touch of mead, a drop trickled down his jaw, licked up by Ketsu, who then flew off to find shade in the forest. They usually separated a lot, but when needed they found their way together again. |
