Nearly all my anime's I've watched marathon style. But I think the most significant was FMA.

Fullmetal Alchemist (51 episodes + movie) one go with only 2 breaks for toilet and bringing food to my room.

The next day I, well, slept...

If the anime series I watch are not too long, let's say if they're 12 or 24 eps I can watch them all in 1 day, depends if I have the time :/
Most of the stuff I've seen so far were al most in 1 go. ^^

Gah, it generally takes me a while to watch anime because I'm watching quite a bit at the same time although there are a couple that stick out.

Kanon 06 - All time favorite that I've marathoned like 6 times.
Naruto - My first anime. I marathoned that.
Tactics - BISHIES.
Claymore - Badass.

I love my epics so it's physically impossible for me to do them in one go. The only thing I can think of is Akira, though movies are kinda against the point of this thread aren't they? One of my goals is to watch Outlaw Star in one go- maybe one day when I'm not studying Japanese or looking for a job!

I only seen OVA's in one go, because if i stay to much time watching any anime I get tired and being to not pay attention to the anime. I only see like 4 episodes in a row to appreciate better the anime.
