| my watch list: 1) Shiki - the trailer just gives me the chills. <3 horror type anime :3 2) Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin - another horror, though character drawing doesnt appeal :| 3) Highschool of the Dead - gore! 4) Nurarihyon no Mago - there's quite a number of my fav seiyuu MIGHT consider watching: 1) Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi - the main char looks so much like taiga from Toradora 2) Seitokai Yakuindomo - looks like the opposite of Kaichou wa Maid-sama o.O seems like we can look forward to lots of harem and ecchi this summer~ |
| Highschool of the dead Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin Shi Ki i really have no idea. and the first three in that supposedly 5 Top anime nominated are on no basis whatsoever. Except, HOTD's first episode, which appealed to me. Surprisingly. Any heads-up as to where do i find out release dates of these animes? Greatly appreciated lions.. ;) |

I haven't even got started with many of the series yet. But from the way things are looking, I guess my initial top-5 list is gonna be a little off. Haha |

| after half a day of snoopin around. i just realised that MAL do provide release dates. LOL. and i totally blanked out on ANN.. I used to be good at this.. ohh im definitely enjoying it since im one for titles that goes along the lines of harem ecchi stuffs. hahah! Just watched HOTD and Seitokai Yakuindono |

| @GrimaH Well, some are liking this season though. And it's still a little too early to judge. XP I have finally watched the first episode (and some 2nd) of the five series I had nominated for my top-5s. And judging from their debut episode, this is my new ranking list (from best to last): 1) Seikimatsu Occult Academy 2) High School of the Dead 3) Shiki (previously 5th) 4) Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi (previously 3rd) 5) The Legend of the Legendary Heroes (previously 4th) This is purely based on what personally felt to be more entertaining to me. Quite surprisingly, the 3 top series are of the supernatural genre. ~_~ Occult Academy was as good as I thought it would be. Hope it will keep up with its comical pacing. Whereas Shiki and HoTD were better than I had expected, and this is coming from a manga reader of both series. But with the way things are looking with the ongoing manga version of the two series, I am pretty sure the anime counterparts can only go for an anime-original ending. Bad thing? We can only wait and see about that. On the other hand, Ookami-san and Legend are filled with a cookie-cutter cast. Not 1 or 2 of them, but a whole bunch of stereotypical characters. It is not a huge pet-peeve for me, but it is definitely not a factor that I can call interesting too. Both premise have potential, but the 2 episodes shown so far were pretty cliche and generally predictable. Disappointing, but I will still watch on~ |

| The season has been as follows for me: 1) Amagami SS 2) Occult Academy 3) High School of the Dead 4) Ookami-san 5) Mitsudomoe Unfortunately, 3 out of 5 would have never been on the list had these all been aired in other seasons. And my all my highly anticipated ones in Seitokai Yakuindomo and Digimon Xros Wars have been beyond bad, and I'm refusing to watch all of hte sequels because of their horrible prequels (yes, Kuroshitsuji 1 was crap to me). |
| I feel that this season isnt much to my likiing :( i was rather looking forward cos of black rock shooter but it was push back. so this season is as follows for me :D 1) kuroshitsuji 2) Amagami SS 3) Seitokai Yakuindono 4) Nurarihyon no Mago 5) Mitsudomoe this season seem like thr's alot of horror and ecchi O: |
