Hey Minna, I'm not good at making userbars or banners (they end up pretty crappy xD), soo~ if somebody wants to make, here are the rules:
The format must be jpg, png or gif. You can submit as many userbars as you want. The text has to be "Selty Sturluson Fan Club" or "The Official Selty Sturluson Fan Club"
