| I'm not sure of this (which is why I didn't say it before) but I think the webcomic (Digital Media) guidelines take priority, in which case it isn't eligible, but - unlike typical webcomics - it would be allowed if the mangaka ever publishes a physical version as then it would fall under the doujinshi guidelines. |
