Oh I see! In that case isn't it even the same until episode 2 just before they start engaging berserker? That would save around 105 min I think.

Shiro's prologue ep, UBW ep1, must be modified so that he pays more attention to Sakura, show that he finally sees her as a woman and not as Shinji's sister etc.
Rin explaining shit and most of the Church conversation can be skipped because UBW exists.
If it was me I would do this:


The point of multiple routes is that it gives info for the other routes so there is no problem with skipping them.
