Do i need to watch persona 3 and 4 before starting this?

as the title says, i'm too lazy to start watching a season or 2 just to watch a movie.

just from the name of this anime it shows like a different set of stuff within the same world.

some suggestion pls. thx.

No, and regardless, this is just a single 24 minute special, mostly to advertise the game, you're not gonna be getting much out of it in the first place.

Besides that, neither of the Personas is a prequel or sequel of each other. You can watch one and not another. Your choice. They only use the same themes (persona. Even the approach on that subject is different). Other than that, completely different games/anime.
