I have uploaded whatever I was able to find till v14 in the form of torrent. Anyone can get it from Isohunt releases section.

It is "Saiunkoku Monogatari Novel Summaries + Translation".

well, the thing is as all of you know that there isn't even one fully translated chapter of the series. So I actually combined the summaries and the translated parts together, the translated parts and the summaries were taken from various users of live journal. The latest ones are the ones which have greater number of translated parts. translation quality if from satisfactory to excellent.
