Nen Name: Flip Flop

Nen Type: Conjurer

Design: Two Flip Flops with a brown beige sole and the lower two straps looking ragged and the front strap being black

Nen Ability: Flip flop can travel across any surface that being vertical or even on water as perfectly and normally as if it were on the ground

Explanation: Flip Flop does not make the user weightless but instead makes whatever the bottom of the sole touches have a gravitational affect only on the Flip Flops and it’s user, therefore say if you were to use this on a person there would be no added weight because the gravitation affect’s default setting different from the earths , it would be like walking on the moon

Nen Percentages:

Enhancer - 000%

Transmutation - 000%

Conjuration - 99%

Manipulation - 000%

Emission - 000%

Specialist - 1%

Condition: Because Flip Flop exhibits traits that go beyond human capability like Shizuku and Kortopi Flip Flop needs a backlash

Condition: Flip Flop can not use any gravitational affect on anybody that has there aura out

Unnamed: using a glide-able object even a leaf to sour threw the air

Red FootPrint: Flip Flop has the ability to change the gravity surface that would only affect the user the gravitation change is between 0.27 and 11.23 surface gravity
