I probably won't watch it, I like SAO for Kirito more than anything else.

Same. Season 3 has me hyped. I have been waiting for Eugeo to get an anime adaption from the manga and to hear that it is finally coming true is just simply amazing. I agree with you on that one.

I'd say give it a shot. It's written by a friend of Kawahara's and he really brings the world of Gun Gale Online to life.

Is surprise i never think they will make an anime of Gun Gale soon. For the who asking is like SAO or if Kirito will be in the story is NO, forget about everything about SAO, just think is a new anime about vrmmo and enjoy the gun fights.

Like what others have said, this is written by the author of Kino's Journey. Which essentially gives me a somewhat high expectations of the quality this will have. Definitely watching this till the end.
P.S. Also didn't know this existed until the anime was announced.

Too early to tell because we don't know anything yet, but I'm trying to find if there's any translations for the novels.

i liked GGO in main anime (the arc had saved the anime
almost the whole anime is shit :3 )
it has not kirito and his shit harem
but the best part and why i'm rly hyped is the novel by kino no tabi author
He knows about guns rly a lot :3
