Walking deeper into the woods, Phoenix came upon a decent sized stream. Along the sparkling water some fruit trees grew proudly. the fruit was juicy and sweet...and not dangerous. Picking an ideal location, he sat and examined to contents of the pack:

After repacking most of the supplies, Phoenix collected various branches and lashed together a simple one man shelter. He covered the roof with foliage to waterproof it. Next he prepared a safe fire pit and arranged more wood inside, leaving a large stack of fuel beside it under the poncho. he did not light it, as he didn't want to waste wood and there was no need for it yet. After having a meal of fruit and jerky, he settled down into a light sleep---he'd wake up if anything approached---as night was approaching.

She noticed that it was near a stream. She walked toward the stream but as far away from sight as she could and took a bottle out of her bag and filled it.

Phoenix felt someones presence, but it didn't feel malevolent, so he tracked its distance while casually eating more fruit.

Serena slowly began to move closer to the fire. Normally she'd go right up to it but because there was a chance it was a monster she decided to take it slow. She couldn't tell who was near the fire

so u can see in pitch black as well as if it daylight and see 2 people wearing black and blinding in with every thing around them that most cant see if were 5 feet in front of them in daylight what the hell are you nothing i know of but a vampire or other werewolf can do this
