He owns the town of Rikers and has a massive arms collection. Though he has everything he frequents the "Red Light District" often because he can't have the one he loves, Katsumi Arakawa. "Leo"  His personal guards  Enough about him, come on in. If you're looking for a job, he'll make sure you're taken care of...if you're on you best behavior. |

| "GAURD!" james pulls a knife out of his right boot and waits in na drunken-like pose |
| *round-house kicks him unconscious onto the bed* |

| "guns then food" his stomach begins to growl. |

| "alright"james says in a defeated tone."feed me" |
| Let's go. *exits his room and walls down to the dining hall thingy* |

| "Leo": *Bumps into them* Well look at what the cat drug in... Oh shut up; and get him some food... "Leo": Kitty I love you, but I don't know how much disrespect I can take from you before I snap.  |

| ""always" James kicks down the door the grenade is in his left hand and he has his Taurus PT99 in his right. "OK EVERYONE THIS IS A GRENADE, THE PIN IS PULLED. SO GUNS ON THE FLOOR AND HANDS IN THE AIR" |

| the gaurd comply.James use a neaby gaurd as a meat sheild of sort with the grenade strewn across his chest. James the tosses the grenade into the center of the room and some of the men jump back, he then opens fire with his Taurus and with a quick burst of 5 shots he kills atleast 4 men. With his left hand he draws his Smith and wesson 500 and puts a round into the mans back he is useing for a temporary sheild. he then raise the 500 and puts a round into leos shoulder,as he sits at the dinner table ((light blue paint means it is a traing weapon, so the grenade is fake)) |

| "i think it was a good plan" He then hold the 500 on leo as he slowly backs out of the door. |
| Nope you stay your distance, I still have to live here! This is still my home, and if I'm associated with you more than necessary, I'll end up like those guys in there. |

| "well he has my guns and im going to keep killing his men until i get them back, then i can be on my merry way." James is standing in the door way of the building, still aiming both guns at richie. |
| Then get your guns and go! He's injured! |

| "james looks at richie, "so pretty boy can i have my property back now?" |
| Richie just give it back to him. What's a few guns? You'll get more and probably better ones. "Leo": Fine take your crappy shit! |
