For shippuden, I think Kakashi and Itachi's past arcs were one of the best fillers. Although I'm not sure if they can be considered fillers.

i don't remember the name but I loved the episode when Naruto had this animal cling to his back which slow
ly grew

I haven't watched all fillers but from what I remember my top 3 are
1 pain catches 6 tail jinkchuri
2 the girl with Dimond ability
3 race obstace course

my favorite when Naruto went to the laughing village and he couldn't stand but laughing, actually i love all the fillers they're all so funny. 💖

I really liked the episodes from the Star Village arc because the setting was so unique, and the new characters added something fresh to the story. It was cool to see the struggles of a smaller shinobi village, and the mix of mystery, emotion, and action kept me hooked.
