As far as i know , it never got translated , in any language , and the few links for the Raws i found are all dead. There is a portion of users of MAL who lives in Japan (and even some of them are Japanese themselves) , so they can read it more or less easily in magazines/not so pricey copies. Note that there is also peoples who lies/trolls with their list , such as testing_works & mshaim.
