But I think this week would also be nice to have a short staff meeting/ a conversation on the future of the club's activities. As summer is approaching we need to think of a 3 month event and ofc more games, since summer time is a key time to be at the peak of activity here on mal. For our new staff-chans! First of all, thank you so much for applying!!! We could really use the help!  Second, please keep this thread on watching so it's easier to know what's happening. I guess I'll have to explain your jobs now...  @Mitch You've signed up to be a card maker and a prize maker. This would mean your required projects are 1 edition and 1 event per month (But ofc that's just the min, please do go beyond and make as much as you can! (without overworking yourself) I'll explain the Prize Making part below in Komatarusa's section so just scroll below for that. As for being a card maker: Our upcoming editions are in this thread: https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1919969 Only a few editions are coded, the rest will be later Feel free to join whichever you like. We have our Cookie Run Features which run every 2 weeks (Sandwich Cookie will be our next one). Then there are our food-related editions which are once a month. The first one we have planned is an ice cream edition which will release at the start of June. Next, we have our 50 member milestone edition. This will release around this Friday/ this weekend, there is no theme for those cards, so you're free to do whatever with that. Also, we have our Official Member Cards & Badges which you are more than welcome to join, it'll open next week. Solo Editions: Please consult with me first so I can make you the code. All our editions must be related to food, Cookie Run, sweets, and aesthetically broad topics.    @Komatarusa & Mitch too Your requirement as a Prize Maker is to participate in making prizes for 1 event each month though please do participate in more events, if you can, since we could really use more prizes to have more fun events. The type of prizes are mostly badges and cards, however, if you guys are interested in making custom stuff (like dps, sigs, cards) then PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!! (We'd love to have prizes like that) Basically, I will tag you guys a few times a month with a list of events that need prizes. And you guys are free to pick whichever you'd like to join. I'll include the type (card or badge), the theme, the deadline/due date, and what text you'll need on the prize. I'll include your first missions below. It'll be your responsibility to deliver these prizes asap! When your ready with your prizes just tag me in this thread with the prizes and also let me know when you finish delivering any prizes as well. Events for the End of May-Early June (Choose as many as you can do) 1. Demon Slayer Personality Quiz -Moderate Amount of Work. -Due on May 21st -Must make a card or badge that features a character from Demon Slayer (I will send you a list of names after someone signs up for this). -Around 7-8 cards or badges need (I still need to explore all the options in the quiz we will be using). -Each user will only receive one card. I'll give you more details later 2. Level Up Cards (Might be delayed or trashed if it's too much of a pain) -This one is the most work out of all the events. -Due on May 31st -Must make cards that feature the characters on these badges: (I will send their names, once someone signs up for this) and Yeah... 3. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & participant prizes for a contest -Light workload -Due May 25th I'll let you know the details later, but please make cards or badges that feature Cookie Run art/or is Cookie Run themed. I'll give the titles and all later. 4. Badge for avid participants in the Card Collector's Bulletin. -One card or badge, any theme you want, it just needs to say "Avid Card Collector", a place for their name, and "Annie's Cookie Shop" or "ACS" -Due May 19th-ish [My brain died while writing this so I really can't think of anything more to add] Join as many as you like, and I'll join whatever no one picks and feel free to suggest better prizes for these events or offer something better. Annie is Giyu) The characters are: Zenitsu tomioka Tanjiro Giyu Nezuko Kibutsuji Muzan. Inosuke Shinobu Spider Demon Dad (yes that's the name) _ As for the cards collector's bulletin thing.
