| I just read in the newspaper that in Brisbane, Australia a 16-foot scrub python stalked a family dog for days and then finally ate the silky-terrier chihuahua as two of the dog's owners, a boy (5 yrs. old) and girl (7 yrs. old) watched. oO The owner of the Australian Venom Zoo in Kuranda said that those types of pythons usually only eat wild animals like wallabies, but will go after pets in urban areas. So if you have a pet that you let outside in Australia, be careful! Actually, that goes for any owner of an outdoor pet anywhere in the world. |
