It's a shortened version of "Kolkhoz" he says's it to scare people into submission... he also hits people with a water pipe, which he ripped out of the ground on the way to meet Germany at his house in Chapter 3, I believe. Edit: Oh yeah, I just remembered something. Kanon, remember when you were like "Soul Eater sux"?
