| Orukknag Orukknag's foot made contact with the worm, he smashed it against the wall but his katana flew from his hand. He started wrestling the mighty worm, laughing and smiling the whole time. Oh he had never had so much fun |
| The worm was fighting Orukknag, and after a while even it's tail finally arose from the wall. The worm wasn't big, but it was incredibly long, and this was supposed to be a smaller one from the one called 'darling'! the tail startet to wrap around Orukknag in an attempt to choke him |
| Orukknag Orukknag laughed, all his life he had used his teeth as a weapon and his human form wasn't going to stop him from doing so. He dug his teeth deep into the worm, slime and goo poured into his mouth but he clamped down harder. |

| The worm tightened it's grip a lot when it got bit, the teeth reaching for Orukknag's arm as the tail of the worm squeezed Orukknag's neck, something the bigger worm wouldnt be capable of, simply because it was too big |
| Itami Itami stumbled forward without thinking. He swung his staff and smashed it into the smaller worms head, then he grabbed Orukknag and tried to pull him out. |
| Robin After repeatedly apologising for messing up while navigating her, he continued through the old bakery looking for the hatch. Alice hadnt entered yet, but she was just behind them, wasn't she? Upon finding the hatch he opened it and sat so that he was ready to slide down. "So, I just slide down here then?" He asked. |
| at 30 meters from the cave entrance, a different kind of sound got heard by Mio and Itami, one that sounded like something falling, some things rolling.... from the wall on their right some rocks came rolling down. some big rocks, and a lot of them, basically an avalanche. the trembling earlier mustve loosened up those rocks and make them collapse all together |
| Farron "Yup, you're going down" She said, hearing the trembling of the worm way too close. She gave Robin a slight push as she ran towards the door again, making a loud whistle as she did. she hadnt heard Alice enter after all, and it was pretty crucial that she got out safe as well. this was going to be close, way too close. "Alice, get your ass inside and down!" She said, not being able to see if she was actually there or not |
| Itami Itami pulled Orukknag free and saw the rocks coming. He looked towards Mio, C'mon! Let's go! He started to limp towards Mio. Orukknag Orukknag looked in shock at Itami. He had saved him, not that he needed saving, but still... Orukknag sprinted for the exit, he didn't care if Itami saved him, he needed to get away from this avalanche. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "Okay!" she said and started running, unknowing what else to say. Could she trust that guy that came out from Itami's portal?? |
| Seeing Farron outside a door she ran towards her "I-I lost sight of you both" she spoke in short uneven breaths and saw the hatchet. Without needing to be told Alice brusquely walked towards there and slid down very similar to Robin had without even being told to do by Farron, all she hoped was that she didn't land on anyone.. |
| Itami Itami was glad Mio was running, his leg was cramping up. She was going to make it, he wasn't. He crumpled to his knees and looked up at the cavernous ceiling, waiting for the rocks to crush him. He couldn't go on, he couldn't. He waited for death to take him, he closed his eyes. |
| Orukknag Orukknag looked back and saw Itami on his knees. Opheus was still with Itami, If it gets crushed... Orukknag was struggling with the decision of whether to go save Itami and the staff. |
| Farron She heard Alice walk past her and go down. good, that was the second one, now, the only remaining one was her, so now to j- her thoughts were cut by a trembling which broke through the earth "Crap" she mumbled, only the quickly run outside instead of to the hatch, which got crushed a split second later by the worm. Alice just went down, as long as not too heavy rubble fell down they should be okay, she probably heard that smash too... Farron had to find some other way of getting out now, the slide was no longer an option. As such, she started running again, as fast as she could The slide would take some time to go through, and make them end up in a room with a left and a right path. by Farron's words, they would have to take the right one to go up and get to the split in the road, where they would meet with the other team, then take the cave upwards. |
| Robin A loud "Hey!" eventually became quieter as the sound starting resonating faintly as he shot down the pitch black slippery shoot. It was surprisingly long. Upon reaching what he assumed was the end he sat still and brushed himself off, not moving or remembering the others were coming down as well. It was dark in here, and kind of difficult to breathe... or maybe that was just him. The rumbling also got louder, and he could hear the faint sound of stone and ice being smashed. Not to mention banging from things that were falling. What was going on up there? |
| Mio Uchibyashi "NO! ITAMIII! IM NOT LETTING THIS HAPPEN..." she said as she dashed to him and embraced him with her whole body, basicially covering him, while doing a shieldlike water tornado around them. She was unsure if this would block all of the avalanche but that was the only chance. She believed that she would. It was finally time for her to make something happen! Inside the tornado, as she was holding Itami, she spoke with a soft voice "Nobody else is getting hurt or dying in front of mr anymore, doesn't matter if it's you, Robin, Alice, or even Farron! If we die, we die together!" she said as she put all her strenght of the water wall, leaving her not able to move, leaning on Itami. |

| It was hard to breath an all Alice could see was black, all she could hear was rumbling. Then she felt it. Dust coming down, it was just dust at the beggining, yet then she felt more rubble, which was tinny stones and wood. She placed her hands over her head while sliding down the hatchet wondering why it was taking so long. Several seconds later she hit the floor and came to a halt. Coughing and spluttering dust. Luckily only several small stones had fell down and hit her. It was really the dust that was making it worse. It stung her eyes, her nostrils and her lungs. "R-Robin...?" She couched while still trying to gasp for air, not planning on moving any time soon she just sat there. A more exact definition was that her body would not move. |
| Farron She had started running around in the city. or well, it wasn't quite what you could call running around anymore. ofcourse she had her moments of running, but then some rubble appeared yet again, making her trip. The worm jumped out once again, she could hear it by the sound of the ground breaking and the cry of the worm, where she suddenly turned and ran sideways. she had a goal in mind, she knew where she could potentially still get out. the chance of her getting there alive? heh, practically zero, wasn't it? She kept running and stumbling, trying to stay out of the worms reach. she couldn't outrun it in straights, so she had to keep turning, making things way way slower |

| Robin As he hadn't originally moved, the mini-landslide that came down with Alice made him tumble and roll to the other side of the room. "Ow..." He muttered, before coughing a lot from the debris that ambushed him. He seemed lucky though, as he wasn't the one who actually had the land-slide to deal with. "Alice, is that you? Are you okay?" He asked aloud, not knowing where she was. It was literally pitch black, and dust lingered in the air like oxygen. Or, in their case, unlike oxygen. After all, there was seemingly not a lot in this cave. He didn't know she was stuck, nor where she was, or where he was for that matter. He wasn't sure how big this cave was, or how high it reached. The only thing that was certain was this: if they didn't get out of this toxicated hell-hole as soon as possible they were both going to suffocate and die. The atmosphere was literally uninhabitable for any forms of life... it felt like it was slowly sucking the life out of you... torturing you. No air, no light, no sound. This could prove to be fatal. |
| Itami Itami's eyes were still closed as Mio embraced him. He breathed in her scent, wrapped his arms around her body. He didn't mind if he died like this, in the arms of a friend, finally a real friend. He exhaled slowly and waited for death. Orukknag Orukknag decided to make his move. He sped towards them, deflecting rocks and debris away from his body. He reached Itami and the girl, he would not let Opheus be crushed by the rocks. He grabbed Itami and the girl hauling them to their feet, he then carried them in each arm, he was a Hydra and being a Hydra came with nightmarish strength. He started running, although a lot slower than normal. He was about 10 meters from the exit before a rock came down and nearly hit them, it skimmed past Orukknag, leaving a big, bloody trench in his back. He grunted but kept running, finally reaching the exit. |
| "It's me" Alice coughed. She couldn't see anything, well that could be solved easily. Reaching for her phone she saw the screen had cracked in several places and the reason seemed pretty logical ad obvious. While still coughing and struggling to breath she unlocked the phone and turned on the flashlight. Yet she still couldn't see anything and the light was blinding, She closed her eyes and waited for them to adjust. |
| Itami Itami looked at Orukknag, he had saved them yes. But somehow it seemed he had done it for different reasons. Itami could see a big gash in his back. Uh, thank you. Itami said to the man. Orukknag looked at Itami and smiled, well more sneered. No probelm.I am your loyal servant and I live to serve He replied to Itami's gratitude. |
| "are you alright? He asked coughing. After she shined the flashlight, they could see what the room was like, slightly. The dust that was already here, plus the dust that came down with her provided a thick, ash-like stagnant layer of grey. If you were to breathe, the dry and ticklish dust would travel down your throat and mercilessly ingrain themselves in your lungs. They needed to get out - now. He couldn't see her, because the phone flashlight was blinding. "He-y Farron said... go r-right up the c-cor-ridor!" He spluttered out, along with the remaining atmosphere. "Let's go!" He added, starting to scale the walls desperately to look for which way to go. |
| Mio Uchibyashi She actually found it very strange that that guy saved them. Even though he did that, she could feel the darkness from metres away but didn't say anything. |
| Itami Itami looked at Mio but then immediately away, he was still confused about these feelings. Where do we meet up with them? he asked. |
| Farron She was still running through the city, going left and right, stumbling over everything. The worm jumped up again, Farron turning right and running, barely missing getting hit by the worm and got send flying by the impact. she managed to land on her feet and started running straight. her way out was right in front of her, the tunnel at the blacksmitbh. the worm was right behind her, and it was way faster than she was, would she make it? She gave it one last dash, then jumped through the door and towards the tunnel with a big leap. The worm jumped up, right behind her, its mouth opened and gaining distance on her... After one loud bang and stuff falling, the city became quiet once more, only the soft sound of ice crackling here and there |
| Itami Itami looked up at the bang, What was that? He walked forward a bit, looking out into the city. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "I don't know... I forgot..." she said, looking away too |
| Itami Itami knew that Mio had looked away, it hurt him that she did for some reason. Then again, she probably hated him right now, he had said those things to her before. He pushed those complicated feelings aside, instead he thought of the others, where were they? They were taking a long time and Itami didn't like the sound of that bang before. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "If something has happened to anyone..." she said but didn't finish her sentence. Instead she looked away again |
| Itami Itami wanted nothing better to go out there and find his friends, but he didn't, he would have to trust Farron. He looked at Mio, this time meeting her eyes, We just have to believe that they're unhurt and fine he noticed how pretty Mio's eyes were, they seemed to sparkle and project kindness. Itami realized he was staring and cleared his throat, looking back out at the city. |
| Mio Uchibyashi She didn't say anything when she met his eyes. She just looked at them "He seems to have changed..." she thought, as she looked at him. "Well, I guess you are right..." she said as she looked back at the city too. She wanted to go there and help so badly right now... Yet she couldn't because she should have sticked to the plan... "Why did we need to get seperated in the first place..." she thought, staring with blank eyes at the city |
| (Sorry Navy, I wasn't really online, I must have clicked on the Internet while my phone was in my pocket and then locked my phone without realizing it) Opening her eyes anew she waited for it to adjust. She placed the phone above her head to make the light more of the cavern. Using the wall as leverage she stepped out of the rubble slidding down, holding her breath trying not to breath as she went over to Robin and mimicked what he was doing dazedly . |
| Robin The pair would have approximately a minute before they would pass out and be lost in this cave forever. With the lack of oxygen, his voice almost sounded like an old man spluttering out his dying words on his death bed. He eventually found the two corridors in the small, cramped cave room and he made his way over to the right, covering his mouth and nose with his arm. "A-Alice... look..." He said, pointing towards their exit. Or at least where their exit was supposed to be. Rubble, debris and small boulders had built up and completely blocked the exit. If they were going to get out, going to live, they were going to have to move it and escape in under a minute. Robin's tongue and inner body felt like sandpaper, as would Alice's most likely. He started ripping away at the debris, which was lighted by Alice's phone. |
| Alice nodded and quickly starting to work, struggling not to breath, at least as little as possible. The more she breathed the less oxygen was in the air which made it seem like there was more carbon dioxide. She scampered up the rocks to get to where the big borders where and started pushing them. If they could get two of these out then there would be enough space to slip through and get to the other side. She motioned for Robin to help her. She mentally started the countdown. 60. 59 58 57 56 55 54 53.. |
| Robin He didn't want any energy talking, so he just nodded and clambered up. The problem was that these two boulders were very big. A group of grown men would struggle to move them. He started pushing, the had about 40 seconds of air time left. |
| Alice couldn't hold her breath any longer and took a long gulp which ended up in a fit of agonisingly burning coughing. While coughing she didnt stop digging her hands under the boulders to try and make space to push it away, even if it only loosened a bit. In some far away part of her mind she registered how the skin on her hands and fingers was being peeled off |
| Robin They were getting desperate now, and it was starting to show. Robin starting kicking at the boulders ruthlessly, which took away lots of energy. They had about 20 seconds left by now, and the boulders had only budged a little... |
| Alice didnt glance at him, she calculated they probably had about 15 seconds left. She felt all of her energy drain away. Her lungs felt as if someone had rammed down a whole pot of tabasco down her throat, and Alice hate spicy food, never mind tabasco. Giving one last heave with her hands she tried to remove some stones yet not even they would budge. She looked at Robin without really knowing why she had looked at him |
| Farron She slowly stood up, looking back at the slide she just came out of. How lucky she had been, with her gun charged she had managed to bring the worm back for a splitsecond, just enough. had it been longer, the 2 cuts if its teeth on her back would've been way way worse, but seh managed to get through the slide. niw she had to somehow make her way out. she knew the tunnels underground, but not to the surface, so she had to get to those others somehow...she was going to have to rely on humans... what a joke. It would probably be dark here, but she coukdnt see anything anyway. She started heading into one of the tunnels, the one that would take her closest to their route, she was gonna have to break through a wall somewhere... |
| "It hurts.." Alice croaked. If this wasn't torture what was? "N-nice.. knowing yo-" she choked on her words while coughing anew. If she just closed her eyes.. it would be over sooner. Stopping doing what she was doing she sat down, her back leaning against the rocks they had tried to move. She noticed how bloody her hands were "Guess.. aren't.. going.. fulfil.. promise.. to Mio" Alice choked out between ragged gasps. Her minute was up. Their Oxygen close to finishing. Not a single rock had budged. Closing her eyes, it felt so nice she could picture her life before and Mio, Robin and herself laughing together on the ice, yes that would have been fun under other circumstances.. |

| (Muahahaha >xD Should I, or should I not? Hmmm...) Robin He wanted to call out to her, he really did. Maybe he could have shouted, "Alice, stay with me!" or "Cmon, we're not that far from moving it!". But he didn't. He couldn't. There wasn't enough air to make that call. He glanced over at her while desperately ripping, bashing and kicking away at the boulders. He wanted to cry. He couldn't even do that though; his body was so dry, so lacking in moisture that it was an impossible task. Instead he felt a lump in his throat, a burning lump. No matter what he did, it wasnt moving. No matter what he did, he couldn't save Alice. Hopeless. He didn't have much longer, he just scrunched up his face in pain, anger and frustration. This hell was soon to be over. He was soon to meet Alice in the next life. |
