(No need I will go along as if, but I wanted to see what grymp had in mind if she actually found him, to see if she actually knew who he was, or what, but due to Alisa's work, he has no side effects at all, so he is not weakened he is just relaxing from the tasks of being a big leader. :D) |

"Aww how cute." Nancy bent down and brought her mouth to the girl's ear and whispered. "Shut the fuck up you imbecile. Why don't you slap a "Hi I'm an IS-fucking-G agent" sign on my back. Now scram, or you, like most orphans, will disappear." Her grimaced expression returned to an upbeat cheer as she stood upright again. "Are we clear little girl?" She asked in a exuberant tone as she looked around. The drapes swinging shut caught her attention... it was as good a place to start as any. |

"Aww you're so mean." Rin said waving her off looking innocent. She whispered in her ear. "Listen here princess.. he's behind those doors and is a sitting duck. He's got good looks. And hopefully you won't fall for him." Rin smirked. "Careful princess." She pulled back and put an innocent look on her face, making her look like she was 10 instead of 15. "I'm sorry miss.. I must have gotten the wrong person." She whispered on last thing. "Have fun playing." And then she walked heading back to the base. |

He opened his eyes and smiled at Mira. "You are always worrying, if you keep that up, you will get wrinkles on that pretty head of yours." He said with a teasing smile, he didnt know why, but he was always teasing Mira, probaly why she avoided him so much, but it was just too tempting not to. "Though I appreciate the warning Mira, thanks for watching my back, I will be careful, as for this Nancy Black, she has been on my tail for a while, though I have always made sure she was atleast 1 step behind." He was sure that Nancy didnt know exactly how the 'rebel leader' looked, as somehow pictures havent agreed with him, always making disortions in the picture where ever he was, that was one of the reasons he was so hard to track down, his power was interfering, though that was actually Ayeesha, breaking the picture, making it so Thane could barely ever be seen on a picture, unless Thane told her that it was fine, that, though when he was questioned outright Ayeesha wasnt as stupid as making it clear that the rebel leader always was disorted or blurry beyond recognition, though she made it seem that way. |

Jessica Upton arrived in the slums not a minute late from 20 minutes after having heard that the mayor wanted her there. And though she didn't particularly like being out in the field, if the mayor wanted her there, she had little say in the matter. Instead of complaining, she immediately got to work, calling up various contacts and insiders trying to obtain information on the location of the insurgency base and its leader from the inside of her mobile command craft, which was large and spacious on the inside but looked like an ordinary large vehicle on the outside so as not to draw much attention. At the moment she essentially had no leads, which would make the start of the search rough but, with the wealth of information at her fingertips, she would make a breakthrough eventually. Additionally, Scorpion and Nancy Black were reportedly assigned to similar tasks so they could provide some pertinent information if they got their hands on it. There was also a new girl with hacking skills as well, she could prove to be helpful. Jessica left Scorpion and Black messages asking them to share information with her if they deemed it important as it could help them all out as well as a message for the mayor asking him to leave the handling of the quarantine to her if it came down to it. She also left a message for the new hacker girl, Rin, offering her the use of the mobile command center's supercomputers if she would help in tracking down the insurgency's base and leaders. |

(For plot raisins and stuff I'm just going to ignore the part about you knowing it was him inside, sowwy) "Oho... you I like." Nancy smiled as she walked past the adolescent, she was impressed. Stopping at the curtains she allowed herself to fall through them, trying to give whoever was inside the impression that she was drunk and had slipped, which seemed plausible as it was no doubt a common occurrence. She gasped as she 'slipped' through the curtains, landing on her free hand and knees, her head not far from his legs. "Oh my mister, I'm so terribly sorry, I seem to have tripped. These damn heels will be the death of me" She spoke apologetically as she slowly got back to her feet, feigning fragility and innocence both. |

He suddenly saw a woman 'fall' through the curtains and land on her knees and her free hand, he simply sat up and then stood up afterwards, wearing the usual warm, gentle, yet somewhat scary smile as he walked over to her, he extended a hand to her, though if she was fragile or innocent, she was wearing rather manly clothes, either she was feigning it, or she was a tomboy, and he doubted the latter, though he wanted to see what of the two she was. "Are you okay?" he asked her with that very same smile, and then continued as she grabbed his hand and let him help her up (Or if she stands by herself). "Those heels should probaly not be worn if you are tripping like that, it could be dangerous." He walked over and sat down on the couch, and then looked at her again, though he was probaly the first guy that was not eying her body through her revealing clothes, he was looking at her face. |

Arriving on Jessica's apparently ordinary craft, Arthas got inside few minutes after he received the message. As he quickly found himself intrigued. He walked towards the Jessica, who was already dealing with everything that was on her range. Arthas wasted no time in speaking with her. His tone as blank as ever, though Jessica was the person Arthas trusted the most. "Hello, Jessica. It seems like you already doing your job. That's good. So, you wanted to talk with me about the quarantine? Speak it. I'm listening." Arthas told her, having his voice with due seriousness. He was apparently still angered by the fact that his daughter was still in enemy's hands. That was dangerous. They could do anything to Alisa, that was what worried him the most. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "And here I was... Starting to think that you were a nice person." She said jokingly, having sighed right after she said that. "You're lucky. She could've catched you a long time ago. Anyway, I better be--" When Mira was about to finish her sentence, the girl suddenly fell. Though Nancy could not see her, Mira's Virtual Appearence was there. It was only visible to Thane due to only appearing on his visor. "It's her. Be careful Thane." She warned him, keeping a quiet tone. |

(Uh, she changed into like, guy clothes a few posts ago, eh doesn't matter) Refusing his hand she rose to her feet on her own "Yeah, hehe, you're right, better take these off". Removing the shoes she twitched and winced her right eye, following the removal of her left shoe. "Ugh, I think I did something to my foot, mind if I sit for a minute 'til this pain subsides? Cheers." She didn't wait for answer, she moved over to the seat opposite him and slumped down into it. Her arms fidgeted in her coat pocket until she found her cigarettes and proceeded to light one. Once she pushed the stick between her lips she leaned her head back on the sofa until she was staring at the ceiling, her legs were indecently parted. "So who are you that you're here all on your lonesome?" |

(Ah I will edit after this post!, thanks for pointing out my mistake!) He smiled and simply said. "Sure, why not..." He didnt even bother to look between her parted legs as he just assumed his normal position, resting his head on his fist, with closed eyes, he then opened his eyes briefly looking seemingly at nowhere for a second thoug he was actually looking at Mira, but he couldnt say anything to her so he figured a glance would be enough before closing his eyes. "Well, maybe I like being alone?, I like the mix of music and quiet here in this room in particular, you can be alone and still somewhat undisturbed unless, someone accidentally stumbles in." He looked at her face with a joking smile. "Though, why exactly are you here?, you dont really seem to be the sort of woman that likes a place like this." He said still looking at her, while relaxing. |

"Work" She replied as she blew smoke from her mouth. "I heard the big boss of the resistance hangs out around here, and I was looking for him. You don't strike me as a cop so I may as well confide and confess that I'm looking for him to see about enlisting. My... talents... would go untapped if I were to join the grunt ranks like the others. So, you wouldn't happen to know him would you?" Looking around the room she noted the area and its features, there was little she could use in her favour should she choose to interrogate the man, but she was nothing if not resourceful. |

He simply smiled slyly and shrugged. "I may and I may not, I may know the leader of the resistance, but that is if its someone I havent met." He didnt directly tell a lie as you can never actually meet yourself. "But you know what they say, I might know a guy who knows another guy who owes that guy a favor." He spoke as if he was dragging it out, though he didnt really mind if she was interested in what he was saying, noticing she was looking around. "Why do you want to change Imanos?" He said with that same smile, but he was interested in what she had to say, but this was usually a well known quote the rebels would use if they was testing someone, he had never seen this woman before, though he was interested in what she would reply, it was also a form of a secret code to see who would fit the bill of joining the rebels, so they had to satisfy the asker with an answer to then see if they were trustworthy. |

Nancy rose from the chair and walked around it. She leaned against the back of it so she was looking away from them. She hadn't anticipated the question... but she had an answer. "They preach peace but all they do is prepare for war. I was an orphan here you know. I grew up with nothing, just like countless other kids, the ones I knew that had families weren't much better either. The people here are starving...do you think the fucking government gives a shit about us? No. The ISG sees the slums as a black spot, such we orphans were coined the surname "Black". They campaign endlessly about how they're eradicating poverty in the slum districts, but look around you, has anything here changed? I want to fight for the side that fights for everyone." Nancy turned around and stared at the man. "Did I come to the right place?" |

He smiles at her response was more than satisfactory mostly because he himself was an orphan but he couldnt view it like that personally he liked her reply, but her response did more than just convince him, even her acting skill was spot on, she even looked like she was a typical rebel, atleast talking like it, he was very perceptive and something bothered him perhaps it was the fact that he couldnt see her face as she spoke, he was typically using this as a tell to read people, though he simply smiled. "Perhaps, as I said I might know a guy, but as you know the rebels are highly sceptical, and besides having the motivation, you need to tell me what your abilities are and demonstrate them to me, so I can tell them wether you would be useful to the cause or not." He decided to go on the fact he was in touch with the rebels which wasnt exactly a lie either, but he simply stared at her blankly as he sat up, and leaned against the couch, he already knew who she was due to Mira's warning but he was conning her to believe him right now, and his acting was on par, if not better than hers due to the fact he have had to fool questionings from the ISG before. |

(I'm just going to run with her knowing this is Thane via Rin. Both of them knowing the other's identity makes this tense as fuck :L ) "If by abilities you mean all that phase shit then I hate to disappoint but I'm human. I do however, have a particular set of skills, skills that make me... a very persuasive negotiator." Nancy walked over to where she had left her stilettos and picked them up, her eyes never breaking his gaze. "Wouldn't want to forget these now would I? But I digress. As for the demonstration, I ask that you present me the name of someone you would rather undergo an excruciating amount of pain. Just give me the name and I'll do the rest... seeing as how you, are so adamant on me proving myself to you... a man who might only know a man." She had doubted Rin's tip at first, but now it was looking increasingly likely that this was in fact the man she was looking for. |

(I see, then this will be a weird if they both know, because Thane was planning on letting her go on a wild goose chase but if she actually know who he is, thats going to make this difficult... But I am up for the challenge. :P) He shrugs. "So basicly you torture people, and you want me to say who you should cause pain on, I see, I am sorry, the rebels have no such use for a skill set, if the rebels was looking for a torturer they would be as bad as the Mayor, you probaly have a better chance using that skill set on the Mayor's side, as you have always done, Nancy black, agent of ISG." He said with a smile his smile wasnt fading or changing from the smile he usually wore. "I dont know, I heard you liked more revealing clothes." He said as he leaned back on the couch and crossing his legs. "I might be a little more... Thane Loricus, a Pleasure to make your aquaintance." He said and revealed his name to her with that same smile, he wasnt underestimating her, or the like but he was not gonna fight if she didnt provoke him. |

(Doesnt matter Akira, we just chose to ignore the fact that Akira knew who Thane was and now she decided that she knows who he is because Rin told her that it was him, even though Rin havent seen him before, and pictures/videos doesnt work on Thane, it always fuck up on Thane except when he allows the pictures to be taken, thats why he is so hard to find, because he is using the fact that it always seems like he is affecting cameras and videos like this, making the blurry or disorting them exactly at Thane's postion (Due to his ability to passively modify making the machine extremely unlucky) and then masking his presence as an innocent man, thats how he have evaded the ISG so long, or atleast thats what I went with...... But Akira please dont make something so big look so small, compared to the story, you are meant to use long in finding Thane the only one that knows exactly who Thane is Arthas, until Rin magically knew, I mean to make the posts that makes everything about Thane make sense, but if you keep this spontanious stuff coming I cant. xD) |

"Ah... well at least I can finally relieve of this ridiculous attire." With a yank of her belt, the pants fell to the floor, leaving the fish nets and low cut hugging skirt in its place. "You know I'm a very fickle individual, and your side is far from plentiful enough to pass by an asset of my calibre." She walked towards him with a sway in her hips, removing the jacket to reveal a black low cut tank top in its place. "So mister thane, care to try and saw me, or do you really want to see what I'm capable of?" She gently pushing him down onto the chair and sat facing him, her knees rubbing of his hips. Wrapping her arms around his neck she pulled herself in and felt his lips with her own. (Don't know if rape... I feel like such a hoe :< ) |

(Lol Sanguine dont feel so, I have told you that its fine with me, but just dont go any further than you yourself is willing to go, but with that said, Thane has no intention to sleep with his enemy, so dont worry *Pats* :P) (Akira, Dont worry!, I am playing along just means I have to move my time table, but dont by any means be sad or regret it, just be a little more careful in the future thats all I ask :D) He sat still as she removed the clothing she was masking herself with, and moved towards him. "Is that so?" as she grabbed his shoulders and gently pushed against him and placing herself on his lap. "I will pass by the assets I choose to pass by-" He said trying to readjust underneath her so he was sitting comfortably while speaking, but his sentance was cut short as she kissed him, her arms around his neck he couldnt get away from her, so he simply just decided to play along, atleast for now, he only slightly moved his lips and then sneaked out his tongue licking against her lips, moving to actually deepen the kiss in hopes of getting this over with sooner, though he was a great kisser, though he had also had plenty of practice as he was a handsome man, but he had barely ever been seriously in a relationship, but besides this, he planted one hand on her hip and another on butt cheek it was an instinctive reaction though, he was merely indulging her, he had no intention to sleep with or let her do as she wished, his eyes open watching her every move, Ayeesha wasnt manifested but if she tried to poision or do anything against Thane at a moments notice she would get her head cut off. |

Atop a high radio tower in the Slums, Arson was downing a bottle of Phase Energy. He'd stolen during his time in the Citadel, and now was replenishing. He sat down, crossing his legs. He masked his Phase Energy and dispersed it into the air, greatly reducing the chances of him being tracked and canceling out his presence. He smiled, remembering Arthas' offer. He had agreed to do his bidding, however, this time he wasn't going to waste time running down street after street, burning one building at a time. That would take too long. This time, he would end it all in one blow. He began to focus, eye's closed, silent. He generated a small fireball, about the size of a quarter, and began his procedure. It would take a little bit of time, but he had absolute faith in his abilities. Slow burn... |

Yzmael said: "Yes," Jessica said while simultaneously keeping tabs on the contacts on the screen in front of her. "I believe imposing a true quarantine on the people of the slums will only make them hate us more than they currently do. For them, it would be closer to an occupation, especially if the military was involved, and if it is seen as an occupation, it is possible that our troops would use it as an excuse to 'vent some steam' which could involve the mistreatment of the citizenry here which could cause more unrest. The more unrest the citizens here feel, the more likely they are to stage an uprising, and if they stage an uprising, the Insurgency will almost definitely use it to their advantage." She had sped up as she neared the end so she took a moment to quickly clear her throat and push up her glasses. "As such, I propose we instead provide aid to the people of the slums, providing things such as food, fresh water, and medicine for free. If we show that we are here to help instead of punish, we could win the favor of the people and draw support away from the Insurgency."Arriving on Jessica's apparently ordinary craft, Arthas got inside few minutes after he received the message. "I have also been looking for your daughter, sir. Unfortunately, while many people have seen her, no one knows where she is at the moment. However, knowing that she prefers not to be cooped up, I'm sure we will find her soon again. The Insurgency would not dare to lose the support of her so they would not raise a hand against her. I am sure that she is safe and unharmed somewhere, sir." |

With her hands behind his neck, Nancy pulled a tiny black circular device out from her coat and broke it between her fingers, the sound muffled by an exceedingly loud beat from the music outside. Dropping the shards in synch with another beat, she opened her eyes and stared at his. "Why so serious Thane? I think you need to relax, and I know just the thing." With a smile her left hand held the back off his head, gently easing it towards hers, while her right hand moved down his shirt. The distress signal she had just sent out would have reached every ISG agent and officer by now, she merely had to keep Thane distracted until they showed, where they could preoccupy the other rebels in the bar while she dealt with Thane. |

Thane smiled, Thane's greatest gift was his perception, well besides his phase energy Thane was extremely perceptive, but a true sign of skill as even his masterlike perception didnt see anything, she had distracted him to completion, but Thane was not so easily fooled than to indulge his desires with an enemy, the moment she pulled away, Thane planted both his hands on her shoulders. "I bet you do know just the thing, but I dont indulge with the enemy, and neither do you, this has been fun however." He said while pushing her off of him, Ayeesha had already manifested and was standing right behind her ready to take her head off. "No Ayeesha, let her go, she is merely following her duty." He knew exactly why Nancy had kissed him, it was an old trick, an attractive woman kisses and flirts with the enemy distracting him until the enemy reinforcements arrived, he simply pushed her gently to the side using his arm and passed by her. "This is so the end of that, please dont try to stop me, or try to harm me, as Ayeesha will probaly kill you before you even raised a finger to do so." He then grabbed his cane and began walking towards the curtains, then Ayeesha disapeared only he changed the size of Ayeesha, she was now only big enough to fit in his pocket, and still even then she was very small, he did this to make sure he wasnt able to be harmed, as this power was only affecting when Ayeesha was active, but he could change her size, to fit the needs, he had often used this, to give his enemy a false sense of his immortality. _________________________________________________________ In a completely other place, Scorpion was currently tracking the movements from some known rebels from a rooftop when a distract signal suddenly started to signal them, he looked at it, it was Nancy Black, he knew she would probaly not call for backup unless it was nessecary and she wasnt that far away from his current location, he could help her, in still do his own job to find Thane afterwards, he pulled out his grappling hook and shot over at a building on the opposite side, moving towards Nancy's position already. |

Jaeger stood atop a building, looking down at the people below. Though he had not directly spoken to anyone, he knew what they were doing. They were hunting just as he was. Well, he was merely examining the environment right now. Sev, Scorch, and Fixer where checking out the area of a possible Rebel base via the information he got from Rin. Most of his other bodyguard unit were scattered around, searching through the slums. They weren't ordered to strike on anything, merely to search. They were given the order not to make their presence known to any though, which included other ISG personnel. However, a few of his bodyguard stood behind him as a precaution. The situation was escalating quickly and he knew that it wouldn't end well, for either side. One of his soldiers received the distress signal and tapped Jaeger on the shoulder to alert him to it. He turned his head in the direction of the signal and sighed. He was aware that Black was not one to sent out distress beacons for trivial matters, meaning this was probably important. He let out a slightly annoyed sigh. He didn't exactly enjoy working with her due to her 'methods', but he couldn't just ignore it. Jaeger then hesitantly made his way towards the beacon followed by his bodyguards. |

Arthas' eyes narrowed at her proposal. He thought hard about it and with a few seconds he understood what she was saying. "You mean controlling them from the inside? Faking a change of hearts and keeping an eye while still avoiding to bring more people to their cause... Not bad Jessica. I like it. I'll give it a thought." Arthas said, smiling softly before he went back a blank expression. He knew that he had took a decision from his angered state. That was not smart, he should have thought more about it and the anger of his daughter being on enemy's hands wasn't good. When Jessica mentioned Arthas' daughter, he quickly lifted his hand, meaning for her not to mention about it. Though he had entrusted Jessica with this secret information about him, he didn't wanted to speak about openly. It was obvious that he was not wishing to talk about what was most in his way. That was a problem for him to solve alone. "No, Jessica. They better not lay a hand on her or I swear that none of them will live." He whispered in a cold tone. He then turned towards the computer ahead of Jessica, a computer that was keeping track of all the Slums. The computer, however, was having an interference. It was not long before the man completely lost connection and everything went blank. "What happened?" Arthas asked to the technicals, who were also trying to solve the problem. This was only Mira, slowing her enemies down. |

"Thank you, sir," Jessica replied when Arthas complimented her on her proposal. And when she was stopped by Arthas on the topic of his daughter she immediately realized that she had spoken a bit too much. "Forget everything you heard about a daughter in the last ten minutes," Jessica commanded, activating her Command power, and all the others besides Arthas forgot. "Sorry, sir. I misspoke." And when the computer near Jessica went blank, she frowned. "This is an attack..." she muttered as she tried to establish another connection. "Someone's trying to slow us down... Probably the Insurgency..." As frustrating as it was, they were basically in the dark for now. |

As Aurora approached Imanos, she bent the light around her, making herself invisible so as not to attract any unwanted attention. Hovering over the slums, she turned into her human form wearing what humans apparently referred to as a "school uniform" and floated down onto the roof of a building below, still invisible. From the building, she made herself visible again and dropped down into an alley, unnoticed. These humans actually live in this filth? she thought to herself. This place certainly smells as well but not nearly as bad as the surface of the Flaming Earth... She began to wander around the streets of the slums, seeing the state humanity was in for herself and her first impressions weren't very optimistic. The humans here were suffering and many were barely surviving; many were victims of crime while others were victims of their own actions, having wasted away from their addictions, be it drugs, alcohol, or gambling. But the more she wandered, the more she began to see not only pain and suffering but of hope; despite being in such conditions, many of the humans were doing the best they could to survive. It was life did best: survive and persevere. "Humans are not as pathetic as you may think, brother..." Aurora thought out loud with a faint smile on her face. |

A moment later Thane stepped through the alley she was evidently already in, he nodded a greeting to her with his trademark smile, though he didnt stop, he just whistled while he swung his cane trying to get away from the pursuers in the nearby club, as he passed her he suddenly stopped, before looking at her. "Dont go the way I came from, its not clever to do, there are dangerous people that way." He was trying to warn her about the people pursuing him. "You should follow me, because these people will not really show any mercy to a girl like you, atleast until its safe for you to part ways with me, as its not safe with me either." He said to her, but he never dropped his smile as he was looking at her, he then began walking if she was coming or not, but curiously his power was spiking madly throughout his body as if he was facing Arthas when he looked at this girl. |

Going upwards, Deathwing hid himself by using the darkness. As he did so, he was able to go into the city completely undetected. Without trouble, he infiltrated the city once more. He then flew upwards towards the lower parts of the city. Using the advantage that he had cut holes that allowed him enter the city without trouble, Nezzara went towards the slums and turned into his human form. Walking slowly towards the place where he was sensing his partner, Nezzara saw people running and flames coming from a building. Screams could be heard and Nezzara's eyes widened as he saw innocent people being killed. With a scowl, Nezzara looked around and grabbed his Obsidian Iron sword. He then ran towards the flaming building, jumping through the flames that got on his way. When he got inside, Nezzara could see the people getting massacred. Scowling once more, Nezzara's eyes looked towards the armed soldiers of the ISG, most of them Phase Walkers. Within a few seconds, darkness started to fill the club. Nezzara wasted no time, in a few seconds most of the Phase Walkers were brutally killed. Screams of pain and agony could be heard from outside the building, combined with the slashes of Nezzara's sword. After the time passed, the entire room went bright again and Nezzara could be found helping the ones that got injured by the fall of the building. One soldier of the group was completely alone in the middle of the room, curled up in a ball as he pleaded for help. |

Aurora noticed the man with the cane and smiled back as he greeted her with a nod and a smile but as he stopped and gave her the warning, she stopped as well. "Thank you for the warning," she responded to the man. "I will not go that way and I will not follow you then." She then began to walk back the way she came, choosing to avoid following the man and the area the man came from. The man had Divine Power within him, and while it was a lot more than the other humans she had run into, it was nothing compared to any of the Aspects, herself included. Aurora sensed that Nezzara had arrived here as well and knew he was killing more people but she didn't want to get involved. If she saw him killing the humans, she would be inclined to stop him, and that may not end well. |

Arson was finished. He had successfully brought the tiny fireball he had been holding to maximum force. All he needed to do was release it, and it's explosive power would expand 1000 time's over in a circular radius, decimating the entire Slums. Arson pulled out the communicator Arthas had given him. "I'm ready...Shall I begin?" He asked, a smile creeping along his face as he noticed a familiar face moving through the crowds. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Vector made his way through the slums, accompanied by a handful of Rogue Company agents. He didn't care about being recognized or identified, and it showed as he and his group walked straight down the streets in the open. His thoughts roamed to his daughter, but he quickly dismissed them and continued down the road. |

Scorpion finally apeared to deal with Nancy's distress call but then he saw a flicker of light up on one the radio towers, that particular area was prohibited and wasnt allowed to be climbed Scorpion saw that the problem in the nightclub was settled so he instead moved to the radio tower, when he came to the bottom he looked up and launched his grappling hook, while he was getting propelled upwards he engaged his cloaking system, which granted him invisibility, then as he came up over the ledge he saw Arson, he silently sneaked closer to Arson so he didnt hear or see him, then as he came up behind him, he saw what Arson was trying to do, and then he just used his insane amount of strength pulled his arm back almost all the way it could go, then he released all his new strength directly into Arson the sound that followed was disturbing and could send a shiver up a person's spine, the sound of Arson's spine snapping half, the pain itself would be enough to send him unconcious almost immediately, but the amount of strength Scorpion had used was meant to knock him unconcious not break his spine, but luckily due to how advanced the hospitals was on Imanos a severed limb or a broken spine could easily be cured, so he took Arson with him to the hospital but not before contacting ISG that Arson Red was captured, and needed guards outside the room he was going to get, after dumbing Arson off on the hospital cyber ninjas would guard the place leaving Scorpion to resume his original objective capturing Thane. (I dont think you fully grasp what just happened. Arson is containing the power of the flame by concentrating on it, waiting for the command. By knocking him unconscious he would lose his focus, which would release the flame, causing the whole place to blow.) |

(And what do you want me to do?, kill him in order to stop the force gathering? I dont think thats something you would want, so you have to have some way so you dont destroy the slums and kill every character in the game, I would say if he lost the focus on gathering the power the power would be canceled as he cant gather anymore power. xD) |

Narrowing his eyes, Arthas growled slightly. "Damn, this is going to be a problem then. If we have no eyes over the city, how are we supposed to act?" He questioned to himself as he then turned to the newly activated screen. The screen showed security cameras' images of a club on the Slums. The Club was almost entirely destroyed. Amidst the destruction, a man was catching the injured while all of the ISG's soldiers layed on the ground, most of them killed. The lone survivor stood on the middle of the club, having his knees up to his chest as he cried like a baby. Arthas quickly understood. "Locate the source of this attack." He ordered to a man close to him. The man hesitated for a slight second as he turned towards the screen of his computer and then back to Arthas. "Sir, it is going to take some time, this is not a simple attack." The man said, making Arthas nod in response as he then turned towards Jessica. "Keep an eye for this hacker and try to see what she's doing, Jessica. I'm going out to have some air. If you want to, you can coordinate this from the Command Center, you have permission for that. Also, if anything happens, contact me immediatly." Arthas told her, seeing that his 'secret' comunicator had just beeped. As he went out, he quickly activated it and received Arson's message, right after that, he heard a loud thump. Arthas quickly said over the radio. "Arson, you hear me? You have permission. Do it." And then he thrashed it, smashing it to bits and ending the signal. The comunicator had also changed Arthas voice so that he would not be identified over the radio. Basically, it was all a complete secret. Arthas then resumed his steps and went out of the air and towards the ground. On the ground, Arthas resumed his stroll around the Slums, searching the bar were the camera showed the man and the ISG soldiers. His steps were quick and almost enraged. He wanted to end this once and for all. As he walked, thinking of his own problems, Arthas was not paying attention to his steps and as he did so, he accidentally bumped into someone. Thanks to his lack of attention, Arthas himself fell on the ground. Trying to make up for it, Arthas quickly got up and offered his hand for the lady that had fell on the ground, Aurora. |

"Yes, sir, I'll get right on it," Jessica said as she watched Arthas exit the vehicle. "Everyone! We're heading back to command!" In response to which there was a resounding "Yes ma'am!" and the vehicle took off, heading back towards the ISG Command Center. How can we counter this hacker... Jessica thought to herself as they headed to the Command Center. Our systems in this vehicle are some of the most secure that we have... No normal hacker would have been able to breach us so quickly and so easily... It must have been the work of a Phase Walker. Additionally, we weren't able to detect the attack until it was too late and whoever did it left no traces, making them untraceable... We need to improve our defenses and then we can start to catch this hacker... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aurora was deep in thought, thinking back on what her siblings had said to her before she had left. Nezzara's point of view is definitely flawed, these humans are not singular creatures, she thought to herself. Many may be selfish but they are social creatures at heart and thus must rely on each other for survival. Still, Daedalus was correct in that I am beginning to pity them as a-! Before she could finish the rest of her thought, she bumped into someone and let out a faint "Kyaa!" in surprise as she fell backward onto her bottom. Although she was not fully used to being in human form yet, she managed to react fast enough to prevent herself from tumbling backwards any further by propping herself up with her arms. In the process though, she scrapped some skin off her right hand and as the man offered her his hand, she recoiled, holding her right hand tightly to her chest with her left; she couldn't let this man see that her wound had already begun to heal. Aurora quickly got up on her own, ignoring the man's offer. "I apologize, I was not paying attention to my surroundings," she said quickly with her head down and right hand still clutched tightly to her chest with her left hand as she began to hastily move past him. At this point, the wound had almost completely healed and so long as the man didn't stop her, she wouldn't be suspected of anything. |

Arthas was left without words as the lady got up on her own, ignoring his offer and recoiling backwards. Could it be that she knew about his identity? No. Arthas rarely appeared on the screens. His voice was the most known thing by everyone but his appearence was almost never shown. Visual messages were usually delivered to the citizens through Jessica. However, maybe this woman was a Phase Walker. Could it be that she already knew about his identity? Arthas could see a few possibilities to why she knew about it. She could either be a member of the Rogue Company, thus being alerted that Arthas was there and shown how he looked like. Or she could be a simple Phase Walker with powers that allowed her to know who he was. Either way, it did not sounded good. "No, it was my fault, I'm too focused on my problems to keep attention." Arthas told her, his blank expression remaining the same. "There's no need to be afraid of me, miss." Arthas told her, still holding a blank expression on his face. |

"You see this right here? This lets me do whatever the hell I want, to whoever the hell I want to do it, and with whatever I want to do it with, and not only get away with it, but get a bloody medal for it. You're going to tell me where your base is... how much pain you endure along the way is up to you." Nancy clenched the badge she had been waving in the man's face and struck him in the jaw with it. Blood ran down the corner of his mouth as he staggered back, falling against the railings with his arms. Before he could recover Nancy's hand pressed against the back of his skull and propelled his face against the metal bar. Having twisted him around, Nancy sent her foot into the back of his knee, knocking him to his hands and knees. Smirking, she turned around and leaned on the railing, looking out at the vast city as she slid a cigarette between her lips and lit it. Looking down at the street below she noticed the Mayer talking to some girl. The man, who Nancy assumed to be incapacitated, took several deep sharp breaths before he clambered to his feet and charged. "Let me go you crazy bitch!" The rebel shouted as he frantically jerked at the cuff that restrained him to the pole, having been chained to it following a counter from Nancy. "Fine... but one thing first." She replied with a smile. His screams caused the crows perched on the surrounding balconies to flutter away in a synchronised cawing as Nancy stuck the cigarette into his right eyeball. Throwing away the butt, she grabbed him by the leg and vaulted him over the railing where he dangled over a two story drop. "This... probably won't kill you." She said as she swiped her badge across the laser constraints which then faded and sent the man falling. "Oh you I adore. Your lust for gore almost makes me abhor. But make no mistake, I far from deplore." Nancy immediately pulled out her gun and spun around behind her, to where she believed the voice originated from; but there was no one there. "Who the-" The agent was silenced by two long needles sticking into her shoulder. Except they weren't needles, they were fangs. And they were pumping a very particular venom into her system. Her gun fell first, then she did. "Now without delay, say "I obey."" Nancy tried to turn and strike the assailant, but when she did a sharp pain spiked in her brain. Her body twitched as a pungent black clumpy liquid rushed out of her mouth. Riving in pain the agent was rendered defenceless. "Now that we've established what happens when you stray away from what I say. Monitor these ones, now be on your merry way." Nancy caught a glimpse of her attacker before an envelope was thrown on her face. Half an hour later Nancy stood up and opened the envelope. There were several photographs of unusual looking men and one girl. A man with pink hair and red tattoos, a blonde man with a scarf, a girl with white hair and large black bows, one on each of her pigtails, and finally, one she recognised, a blonde man dressed like a bartender. "Jack... lets see if you're half as good as they say you are." |

Arson awoke. He was in a hospital surrounded by guards. The bright light shining overhead blinded him. He tried to move, but he couldn't. The last thing he remembered was a bone splitting crunch before he had blacked out. He tried to turn, but no avail. He was paralyzed. Fuck. What the hell is going on? He tried to think clearly, but the drugs running through his body were preventing him from doing so. He could feel that his body was still passively absorbing heat from the surrounding area, but he had no access to his abilities. His finger twitched. A nurse noticed he had become conscious and quickly injected him with a second dose of sedative, knocking him out. |

As the woman was about to inject the second dose on Arson, a loud sound came from the door of his room and the door was openned with a doctor flying right through it. Walking inside the room was a man with a white hair and a dark, obsidian, sword behind him. The doctor that had just flew by the door was completely sliced to death and there was blood all over him. Behind the man with the huge sword was an army of destroyed cyber ninjas. The man slowly walked in, seeing the nurse cry for help as she went down to see how the doctor was. "Forget it, he's dead already." The man with the sword, Nezzara, said as he swinged donwards, slicing the woman's neck and killing her instantly. Though the woman was killed instantly, an almost absurd ammount of blood spilled from her body and towards Arson, bathing him in her blood. Nezzara then turned towards the man. He had searched for this man. This man was the one who had almost destroyed the entire Slums with the fire of the Aspects. Nezzara's cold smirk was something absurdly sick and almost terrorizing. Slowly, he walked towards the man with the same smirk. He looked towards the man and spoke in his deep, almost dark tone. "Now, now, what have we here? A man, human, progressing through the pain of having his body snapped. Don't worry, however, I am not here to take your life. I have already satied my hunger for blood... for now. I am here to speak to you. While my brothers believe that your race must be kept alive, I believe that chaos must be installed either way. You must at least know of our presence. However, in order to please Aurora, I must obey her plead and help your race recover order. I will begin by the one who is most disturbed and, unfortunately, that person is you." Nezzara told him as he sat on the bed besides Arson. He laughed after he spoke those words, as if to instigate fear on Arson. Which could be quite successful if Arson had the fear of losing his life. |

Arson was silent. He closed his eyes. His face was expressionless, but he smiled on the inside. "I see. I had heard about you and your 'brothers' through the Underworld contacts, but I wasn't sure if you really existed. After all, a man can't believe everything he hears, can he?" He smirked slightly, then sighed. Not being able to move was starting to frustrate him. "Do me a favor, wont you? Remove this stinking IV" his eyes motioned to the IV drip running into his arm. "And then we can have a conversation about whatever you like." |

Nezzara's head turned away from Arson and so did his mind. Right now, he was thinking of Aurora, who had just met up with the 'Mayor', someone known for being powerful and 'evil'. Though Nezzara knew little of this Mayor, he still feared that something could happen to Aurora. It could be a trap. Though Nezzara never showed it clearly, he cared greatly for Aurora and would never allow her to be in danger. However, he knew that she was able to take care of herself. She wouldn't fall for a simple trap nor for a basic attack. She had more than just her powers on her favor. As Nezzara turned towards Arson again, he looked slightly more blank and his expression was more angered than normal. "You already knew about us? I'm impressed. How about you tell me what you knew about us and I will release you from this little prison. However, if you don't tell me, I can leave you here and the guards will come check if you're okay. If you're still here, I'm pretty sure they will just inject another sedative in you and you'll be locked away again. You don't want that, do you? Tell what you have heard about us and who told you. I'm going to deal with them afterwards." Nezzara said, his voice showing slight impatience. He wanted to deal with this quickly. |

Arson chuckled. "Well, seeing as I'm not going much of anywhere, I might as well enlighten you on the little knowledge I do have. For starters, you're not human. Not even close. And I don't need my contacts to tell me that. It's obvious by the way you addressed me when you walked in. You spoke of humans as if you are not one. But that begs the question; What are you? Are you a machine? Some sort of spirit? No, no. That wouldn't be right, would it?" He eyed Nezzara, looking for a reaction. Arson continued."You mentioned that your brothers believed the human race must be kept alive, however you also mentioned that you don't seem to really care. Sounds like you and your brothers are some sort of watchful protectors? Hmm?" Arson smiled. In truth, he knew little. However, he was interested in learning more about these non-humans. He had a slight hunch on who they might be, but it was so far off he completely dismissed the thought. |

Nezzara chuckled on the man's blissful, yet observant description. It seemed like he had shown more than he planned to. However, right now, Nezzara cared no longer for petty stealth. If they knew more about the Aspects, they would also fear them more. "Machine? Spirit? Watchful protectors? You're not so far. Yet you're not even close. I don't think we have a specific name in your language. However, we can be what we want. Protectors of the order... Destroyers of worlds... Enraged spirits of nature... Call it whatever you want." Nezzara said, releasing another chuckle. Nezzara was slightly interested in this man. While he held power in him, he was not even close to be like most humans he saw until now. This man was Nezzara's completely description of humanity. Singular creatures with only one objective in their life: selfish desires. "You may call me Nezzara. Which can also be translated into Deathwing to your language. What is your name, fellow human?" Nezzara questioned him, slowly getting up and cutting the IV from the Arson as he turned his back and walked away slowly, expecting for Arson to follow. |
