| "Yeah. I'll go get Adam." |
| Lucas headed back up the stairs to Adam's new room. "So, we were gonna go out and I think it would be really good if you came with us." "Oh?" Said Adam, who was sitting on the bed by the window. |
| "Yeah, we're hoping Mason knows someone who can help you out with your...demon issue." "That WOULD be nice." Adam replied. He got up. "Okay." And with that the two headed downstairs. |
| "Yep. This dude actually didn't take much convincing." "One problem." Said Adam. "For you that is Lucas. It's nice and sunny out." "Oh, shit. You're right." |
| [Going to bed now. Talk to you again soon I guess.] |

| "No kidding." Said Lucas. "I may have to stay behind." "Well, that's unfortunate, since you're the only one of us who actually knows Mason." Said Adam. "Yeah, well, the one and only time we DID meet, he tried to kill me so....." "And you want to VISIT this guy?" Lucas shrugged. "He could help." |
| "He thought I stole a whole bunch of blood from the hospital; it nearly blew his cover." |
| "Yes, but whatever." |
| "Well, you guys should go without me anyway." |
| "Hope it's worth it." Said Lucas as Adam opened the front door. "Yeah, me too." |
| [Move to city.] |
| Adam arrived back at the house. "How'd it go?" Asked Lucas, who was lying on the couch. "Fine." Adam replied. "Apparently Mason's daughter is a demon and she's got a lot she can tell me." |

| "Oh yeah, I think I have it." Lucas said, sitting up. He stuck a hand in his pocket and pulled out a card. "Here." He handed it to Adam. On the card was Mason's name, a phone number and an address. |
| "Great." "Thanks Lucas." Said Adam. "No problem." |
| Adam went upstairs. |
| "So, really went that well huh?" Lucas wondered. |
| "Ah, I see. Tough to be the dude with all the connections." Said Lucas. |
| "Oh welll, glad Adam found someone in the same boat as him." |
| ''Yeah he's had enough of those." |
| Meanwhile Adam upstairs lay down on his bed, staring up at the ceiling; he'd had an odd feeling since leaving the hospital but he couldn't quite place it. |
| "Hey, demon boy." Heather said, leaning in his doorway. "You forgot this." She threw a book at him. Adam caught it and gave her a glare. "Don't worry, I didn't read it, dork." She said in response, turning around and leaving. |
| "You don't have to be such a bitch all the time!" Adam replied. "No wonder Lucas can't stand you anymore." "What was that?" Heather said, turning around. "Well honestly, if you're so selfish and bitchy, why'd anyone want to be around you? Let alone be your boyfriend." |
