| Kuro's head tilted to the side and grew a curious expression, much like a confused child. He poked her cheek trying to get some reaction out of her besides a huff. |

| "Hey... Don't be like that... I'm only teasing you." Kuro said, pretending to pout. "But seriously. A lot of guys would take advantage of that sort of reaction. One already took advantage of the fact you were locked up." He whispered to her so only she could hear, sounding serious for once, as if he was honestly looking out for her. |

| "Sorry I'm causing you pain. But I'm really just looking out for you. There are a lot worse guys here than me or Kia." Kuro told her seriously again, then went to pat her head comfortingly before pausing and pulling it away for some reason. |

| Kuro pulled away for reasons unknown, not because he didn't like her touch however. "It's safer if you don't touch me... Understand?" He asked her, still serious. Only for one second was their a slight sign of fear in his eyes before it disappeared. "Now then, maybe now I can beat the hell out of those fuckin' demons." He said returning to his childish personality and picking up his game before laying on his back and playing it again. |

| When she left, he looked at the palm he would have patted her head with, starting to stare at it with a serious expression, almost one of dislike. No one could know why as he never told anyone of his past. It had to do with his ability to 'devour' souls, though few people could probably understand that. It did however look strange to see him staring at his hands with that expression. |
