| Nick squeezed his eyes shut as he came back to the present. He looked up at Zarkly, "Hey! You're up!" He shifted to stand when his hand hit something... it was a bundle that looked like the dress the woman was previously wearing. "Wow.. this is..." He impulsively reached to pick it up. |

| Within the back storage room, a single light bulb hung from a wire. The room was mainly just boxes of liquor, but there was a large enough table in the middle where the gents laid Allan down as he bled. They opened up a bottle of whiskey and poured it on his wounds. He grunted and cringed as one of the men took out some pliers and a lighter. He heated up the pliers until they were red hot and began removing bullets. Ridley cringed more as time passed. They began wrapping him up in emergency medical gauze. Two mean then picked him up and began to take him back upstairs. Passing the occupied room of Serina, Zarkly, and Nick, he noticed the door was still open. At this point, Ridley was hardly in reality. "You're lucky," he added as he was passing the room. The two men carried him into his own and laid him down on his bed. He motioned them out, and to shut the door behind themselves. |

| That snarl the Augustines heard from halfway across the room was unmistakably a threat. From where she was standing, she wouldn't be able to simply snatch it up. Three precious items to her. Three in one place, and if she would have fought her own Alpha to the death for them, she wouldn't blink to attack two none pack members. "Don't touch it" She said, her eyes taking a sudden red hue. |
| Nickle realized this would not be the time to have a sudden bold streak and backed away from the parcel keeping to the wall. He looked over at Zarkly, "This place is getting too crowded, if you know what I mean... maybe we should go?" he waited for his superior to make the decision as his suggestion was worth only such, a suggestion. His eyes glanced at the doorway, lingering as he eyed the new female that appeared there. |

| Zarkly sighed heavily once more, he didn't know what to do with Nick anymore. "Well, you're finally back to reality." He said to Nick, while looking up at the open door, hearing Allan saying a couple words. "Hmm.." He looked down at the items that Nick had stumbled upon. Although, his hand quickly grabbed a hold on Nick's hand, preventing him from picking it up. "We won't touch it, don't worry." His voice was calm. He stood up, pulling Nick with him. "Let's go." |

| The adrenaline from being nearly strangled by her Alpha was making her act rashly... She was normally calm and handled things like this with tact. She walked over and picked up her bundled dress and treasures as she was on the way out. She stopped and suddenly smiled. "I forgot how clever Augustines were... Maybe after I get back and we are on the same level... you'll get to see my scars with my permission Beta." She licked her lips, her eyes returning to a cool golden colour. As she passed the door by, she saw another Omega, not hers though. "Be careful, if you mate with that omega, I may have to eat your young." She chuckled then laughed loudly at her joke. She was a Fenris, Arooo! |
| Nick heard the comment and fumed, "That bitch!" He stood behind his beta, waiting for his move to leave so he can follow. |

| "Heh. Well, I'll be waiting for that time to come." Zarkly said to the Gamma while also winking at her. He let out a small chuckle, walking out the door as well with his subordinate; Nick. He noticed the new female, giving her a short look with a smile craving his face before walking down the hallway to go downstairs. |
| Seeing everyone leaving Celestine stay's quiet. I guess it's over. She walked into the bar area downstairs to finish her glass of water. I don't think nothing much will happen now. "Hey bartender, can i have another glass." The bartender gave her another glass with a smile. After a quick drink she leave's the building. |

| Serina was soon back upstairs. She followed her nose, easily distinguishing the scents of the weak from the strong. There was only on she would deem commanded respect of others. She walked up to on of the wolves surrounded by strippers, she slammed her foot on his chair, beneath his crotch. "I'm the new Beta, you have a problem, fight me for it later." She then kicked the chair backwards while simultaneously smashing the man in the face with her free hand. As she walked away... she figured it was funny that the reaction to this was how everyone shrugged and resumed enjoying themselves. I think Ridley is going to beat me for causing trouble. Well... she did just sucker punch his Beta, but he was too soft. She'd probably have to fight him properly once the liquor and headache subsided. She walked back up the stairs, passing the Augustine Beta on the way up. She winked at him. "Happened a lot quicker than I thought." She patted him on the shoulder, her hand covered in the Beta's blood. "If I'm alive in a couple of days, you'll have an equal." She marched her way up to the room she smelt Ridley in. She had hastily packed the dress and her possessions in her bad before approaching the door. Serina walked in and said. "I don't know if a Beta knocks or not, but hell, either I'm a Beta or I'm going to be dead very soon." She lifted her fist. "You didn't exactly tell me not to go punch his face in." |

| "Ah, that was quite fast. We'll see if you're an equal with me." A smirk appearing upon his face after seeing the female again. Zarkly smelled the blood that was marked on his shoulder, a laugh escaping from him. He thought about how weak the Beta was, being beaten quickly by a Gamma, and a female at that too. "Interesting.." He made his way down the stairs, only to see other wolves having fun. He wasn't too sure of what to do now that he made it on the first level. "Ugh, I'm bored now." Zarkly went to the bar to get a glass of water since he didn't like drinking any liquor that much. Also, seeing how light-weight Nick was when it came to drinking, it made him laugh. |
| "Well, well," Ridley said, "You have quite the knack for causing trouble, don't you. I should be better by tomorrow, if you survive that long. Let me get straight to the point. I want to know why you fired a hunter's weapon inside of a wolves den," he questioned. "And I'm sure you have some questions of your own, so please.. ask." |

| Serina smirked as he commented on her very possibly short life expectancy. "I never said I was a good bitch." She opened her back and dug through it. She picked out a brown leather jacket and put it on, it came with a holster on the left side and knife sheath on the other. She pulled out the wrapped gun and pendant. first holstering the the gun then putting on the pendant. She removed the gun and showed it to him. It was silver inlaid, one one side it said Mercy along with some other Latin, on the other side was more phrasing. "It is the weapon of a Mercy Argent. I woke up, affected by the medical drugs and the battle with the hunters that took place earlier. That is why I pulled out the gun. I fired the gun because the pipsqueak told me to put it down. I have a bit of a temper." She looked at the weapon before sheathing it. "I got the weapon because I am responsible for the Mercy's death, I did not kill him. I caused his death. Think what you will of me but I will not lie, he was my husband." |
| "H.. hehe," Ridley chuckled. "I see. There's no problem in that. You'll find I only hold one grudge.. and that is against all of vampire-kind. Enough of that. You want answers of some sort, and what might they be?" he asked. |

| Serina nodded. "That makes my questions all the more awkward." She moved closer to him. "I would not ask what has turned you so against Vampires, I would ask you if you would consider forming a truce with the House of Lilith. And then ask how you would feel about an Alliance." She didn't know how he would react to her statements. She had many other questions she wanted to ask... those ones pressed her most. And as Alpha, she knew he had to know she had been with the Lady of Lilith. |
| Ridley tried to sit up, surprised, and enraged, but he could not with his wounds. He couldn't even raise his voice. "I hope you don't take me for a fool, Serina. What you are asking of me defies my laws. I can understand a truce.. but an alliance? You better have a good reason for this. Explain it, now," he ordered. |

| Serina didn't bother to sugar coat it. "I am quite taken with the Lady of Lilith, she save my life, I gave her my the knife made out of my mother's arm... an arm taken while my mother was still living. She gave me a precious pendant. All of these would be foolish and sentimental reasons for an alliance with that group. Except for one, she saved me of her own accord. I know not for what reason but of all the Houses, Lilith would be most open to an alliance." She didn't sit, she knelt by his bedside. "As hard as you could strike me, you could at best knock me down in your present state, injured or not. When I was struck by one of the hunters, I was knocked clear off my feet. No human possess such physical strength." Serina paused, going over her memories at the same times as she spoke. "The hunters didn't seem very organised. One tried to stick me with a silver syringe. After that it was a blood bath, the vampires, one from each house, save Alucard, and wolves from each house each took their share of bodies. They fled before the smoke hit, had they stayed, we might all be prisoners. How did hunters manage to ambush us with such large numbers? Such a strange random group of individuals all relatively high in our respective races." She leaned forward. "The others will think someone else was being tracked. I recognised the scent of the one that struck me, he had been following me for hours." The conclusion was obvious. "The hunters were tracking all of us. That the Hunters can do such a thing means they are preparing a move... We may be of different Packs, but we have blood between us and the others." |
| Allan closed his eyes for a few moments. Then, he sat up, using most of his current strength and raised his arm at Serina.. |

| Not even Serina had realised her trembling. As she felt his large arm encircle her shoulder, she felt surprise... then comfort. "I... would one day like you to tell me of such things." She rested her head against his forehead. "Then and now, I will not betray you, Ridley... Allan." And she meant it. Serina felt they would eventually come to blows, with a strong Alpha and a strong underling, such things had an eventuality. However, until that day, which she now hoped was far away, she was his most devoted follower. |
| "In time, I will tell you. All that you can know right now is that they gave me this set of scars on my right shoulder before I had ever became a werewolf. These are the only visible markings left from what they did to me.. and to my comrades. Enough of that, right now. Is there anything else you would like to know?" he asked. |

| Serina glanced at his right shoulder, then she looked into his eyes. Many things she could and wanted to ask. What she did ask shocked even her. "Do you know why my father left the Pack?" She had been gone for around seventy years. He had thrown her down a mountain... down a mountain... In his authority as her father, he was the beta to the Alpha at the time after a successor had arisen. She knew the bastard wasn't dead... but why did he leave? And where were all her brothers? She had ten and not one of them to be seen. She found herself asking another question. "And what do you think of Serina Silver?" |
| Nickle looked longingly as they passed the bar, at the liquor and at the one who had enthralled him with their scent earlier. But he did not make a move on either, humiliated by Serina and still suffering some effects of a hangover. He wanted to ditch this joint and go back to the village in manhattan. |

| A tall man approached the bouncer, the bouncer didnt want to let him in, but the tall man then pulled a 100 dollar out of his wallet and was allowed entry, and he walked in, he then looked around. He was a 2 meter tall man, and Very muscular, blonde hair, fair of skin color, and he was dressed in a Black trench coat, black combat boots, wore fingerless black gloves with iron knuckles, and wore black shades covering his eyes. "Nice place." He then sniffed the air and said: "Ohh i see..." With that he went up to the bar, and ordered the strongest they had, while standing with the back against the barman, he then paid for it, gulphed it down at one go, and ordered another. |

| Before trying to leave the place, something prevented him from doing it. He stopped as he sniffed the atmosphere, he was smelling something quite familiar. Another member from the Augustine, he didn't think that the guy would show up. He turned to speak to Nick. "Hey, let's stay here for a while. We've got to meet another member." He turned around, facing the direction back to the club and entered once more. Zarkly coming from behind, he placed a hand on the man's shoulder who was drinking at the bar. He knew the man. "Kaidan, wassup'?" He greeted the man, he didn't know Kaidan much, but he met him before during meetings in the pack. He took a sit next to him, he ordered two glass of water. One for him and one for Nick, he thought that water would be better for Nick. |
| "Okay." Nickle said simply, nothing seemed amiss. they sat down next to a man whose smell he did not recognize... taking he glass of water and drinking it thankfully. he had been feeling a little dehydrated. |

| Kaidan just looked at Zarkly through the corner of his eyes not even moving while Zarkly greeted him. "Hello..." That was the only thing he said before he gulped down the second drink, he then leaned backwards to the bartender, his head upside down. "Dont you have anything stronger?, this drink is for softcores." The bartender looked dumbfounded at Kaidan, and said "Well we do have this one drink but that is very hard---" Kaidan interupted him and said. "Thats fine hand me one of those." He then took a sip off it. "NOW THIS IS MORE LIKE IT!" he roared. The bartender hushing him, "Please dont scream." Kaidan then laughed: "Oops sorry!" |

He's Kaiden, he's also an Augustine so don't worry." He turned once more. "And Kaiden, this is Nick." He said, introducing the two of them together since he had nothing else to do. |
| "Uh.. nice to meet you," Nickle sipped the last of the water and set the glass on the bar. He did not know what to think of this guy who took the slightest of interests in them. |

| Kaidan just looked slightly at Nick and said. "Yo.. i guess.. Iam Kaidan, nice to meet you... i guess..." He then gulped down the whole of his drink. "Wow that really hits the spot, Another!" The Bartender was having a bomb with this guy, he was too unpredictable, and he had never given that drink twice. |

| Zarkly noticed the lack of excitement around Kaiden, but this made him laugh. "Heh, well, I know one thing about him. He likes to drink as you can see." He sighed and stretched out his arms, he tends to do this a lot when he gets bored. "Anyway. Nick, what do you want to do? I'm quite bored and I need to find something to do." |
| Nick looks at the drink, "You like that stuff? I can never get into it... one drink and Im flat on my back singing carols and other embarrassing stuff." |

| Kaidan looked Nick while cracking up. "A soft drinker ehhh?" he said so loud that you wouldnt be suprised if the whole place heard it. He just continued to laugh, and do it loudly.. He then abrubtly stopped and looked at Zarkly with a stern serious face. "You can fight me if you are that bored." |

| Zarkly gave it a thought for a moment, he already had enough sleep. Maybe hitting the streets wouldn't hurt. "Hm, I'd like to go hit the streets, I guess." He said, ending it with a small shrug. He then turned to look at Kaiden who was now laughing. Zarkly let out a sigh. "Yeah, he's like that." Saying it to Nick. "Although, you guys are the opposite. Kaiden is a heavy-weaight when it comes to drinking, but you're a light-weight, Nick." He said, but not really giving a laugh about it. |
| "Yeah, but I still like to drink." Nickle practically lept off the stool, his energy renewing at the prospect of going out. |

| "Well, alright Kaiden. We'll be going now, see you later." Zarkly said, patting the back of Kaiden before leaving his seat. He began to walk towards the exit of the club, knowing that Nickle would follow. |
| Kaidan the laughed while they left. "Whats the matter?, sheeps in wolves clothing?" He then gulped down the rest of his drink. |

| Before actually leaving the entrance of the club, he turned around while giving a look at his subordinate. "Did he just say something, Nick?" He said, having a bit more serious tone, but his cheerful side was still there. He knew how Kaidan was. His mind was at the process if he should collide with Kaidan. |
| Kaidan looked at the 2 leaving and said. "I guess, nothing much is happening here..." He said in a normal tone, and then screamed. "... Just alot of boring people that dont know how to fight or drink!" That ticked off one of the larger (human) guys in here, not only was this loud but he also directly challenged them all to fight him, the guy walked over to Kaiden and said: "You have had enough, leave." Kaidan then smiled looking up at the guy who was one head taller than him. "Ohh you gonna make me?" The guy the grabbed Kaidan's shoulder, and pulled him outside and pushed him up against the wall. "You really should have just have left..." He said to Kaiden. Kaidan just taunted him. "Really?, and you should just backoff, or you will get hurt, playing with the big boys will put you in the hospital." The big guy frowned and said. "Last chance." Kaidan then went into his pocket dialed 911, and said. "Hello i would like to order an ambulance to the alley besides The Den, its a big guy so better send a big one." he then hung up. The big guy enraged by Kaidan taunts striked out towards him, and Kaidan just grabbed his fist, and it stopped dead in it tracks. "C'mon is that really all you have, im sure a big guy like you have more strength than that, if that is all you got i can beat you with one hand." Kaidan then slowed placed one hand behind his back, while pushing the guy away. The big guy then became angry and charged at Kaidan fist first. Kaidan yet again grabbed but despite his hand was behind his back he used his fist and planted it dead center on his face, knocking him out cold. "Idiot, there is no such thing as a fair fight..." Kaidan then lit a cigarette, exhaled the smoke. |

| Zarkly heard the commotion and he knew with no doubt, it was Kaidan's doing. He shook his head a bit. "Ah man, that guy." He chuckled quietly, turning to face the entrance of the club as he walked out, assuming that Nickle and Kaidan would follow. "Time Square it is." |
| Kaidan just smiled a big satisfied smile and said. "Sure... nothing better to do... i guess..." Kaidan then followed Zarkly and Nick. |

| Nickle and his beta went down the nearest subway station, swiped their cards, and waited on the platform. Nickle was practically jumping out of his skin with energy and the smells of humans filled his nose. It did not help any better when a crowded subway came along and they had to be in close proximity. The thought of his nose was really sensitive recently as he and Zarkly got into the first car. The subway took off in the direction of Manhattan. ((Exit)) |

| Allan took a more serious look to his face, and cleared his throat. "Your father? The last Alpha? I can't say much, he was a stern leader. I wasn't in the pack long when he just up and left. At the time, I was the current beta.. the pack was unstable, I had only known him for a few years. He never talked much about himself, but he did occasionally mention his daughter. One day he just came to me, and said that it's my turn to lead this pack, regardless of how new I am, and just left. I know you're his daughter, and if you're anything like him, you're a damn fine warrior," he boldly stated. |

| Serina's face went a bit cold. He handed down his position, he told her how she would have to fight and claw and bleed her way to the top, and then he just left. She hated him. He threw her off a mountain, who does that to their pup? "I'm am just as stubborn as he is..." She touched Allan's arm and stood. "I need to return this dress. I also need to walk, the night air will clear my thoughts and I don't want to bloody your club when the former Beta comes for me." Serina still held on to the memory of her father because she was aching to leave before she couldn't handle not knowing what that wolf had said about her while she had been gone. "Recover soon, Ridley. War is coming. Arooo Fenris!" Serina left the club, moving in the direction of the laundry. //exit// |
