| If you look in the steam pages and look up Counter Strike Source, they've released new info on a potentially huge update. Update includes: ■144 achievements added ■New lifetime player stats and summary screens ■New match player stats and summary screens ■New end of round display with MVP and interesting fact about a player ■Updated scoreboard with new icons, visual style, MVP stars, and avatar pictures ■New cinematic death camera ■New domination and revenge system ■Added avatar icons to voice chat, scoreboard, and end of round display ■Incorporated many source engine updates Believe or not this is real. |

| Achievements might be nice if there are some interesting ones. Player stats kinda suck if you play alot of deathrun. |

| Most achievements are either achieved by playing alot or by plain luck. :( |
| i've been playing the beta since the 19th of May, i like what they've added, you can disable most of the stuff they're adding, except achievements, and maybe some others... could use a few more bug fixes, other than that, the game is pretty much the same as the original release, you can still surf, play mods, ect... still not sure if they will take out the settings to do a map type, since it's still beta, we'll never know until they officially release it... |

| I'm against all this. It effects bhop, surfing and minigames. Very much some of the core things I loved in CSS. The tab looks horrid, you can NOT see through it. It's that f**king bad. But the whole blur when you turn your screen quick is pretty darn awesome ROFL, that's something every shooting game needs, it's insane. I don't think I'll ever come back to steam now.. |
