Rukia, because she's both fierce and yet vunenrable. But Orhime is more of a healer than a fighter, and at times that's important too. But Rukia gets my vote.

I like both but I'd rather pick Rukia. I like that Orihime is a pacifist but she sometimes overdoes it which really annoyes me. Most of the time someone else has to save her. While Rukia is different. She is more serious. She might not be a seated officer but she is quite strong and determined. Moreover Rukia is a very close friend to Ichigo and accompanies him everywhere. What else makes me like her more than Orihime is the fact that she is not afraid to oppose Ichigo which many times leads to funny quarrels between them.

Voted for Orihime, because I love cute and Non-Bitchy Girls which are funny and Smart ~
But that doesn't mean I hate Rukia ! (>.<) I love her too - But Orihime more

That's actually tough one. They're both cuties but in different ways. Orihime is adorable AND hot, but I'm one of those rare guys who actually prefer women that don't have watermelons in their shirts, to put it politely. I like natural size. But then looks are not as important as personality anyway. And Rukia is definitely more my type, being strong and sticking to her morals no matter what while at the same time remaining feminine and beautiful. Anyway, that's my take.

P.S. Ok tbh I *did* name my laptop "rukia" (my desktop is "ichigo", sorry). I know it's crazy, but Bleach is my all-time favorite anime, and I've been watching anime/reading manga since I was a kid in the early '90s, when almost NOBODY in the US even knew what anime or manga are, so that's saying a lot. I even like it better than Jubei Ninpucho (the movie, of course). Idk why I'm defending my choice of names for computers except when I actually write what I named my boxes it sounds weird...but then I have been up since yesterday morning. Insomnia BITES. Anyway, I love the other answers you guys wrote. =)
