Excuse me for being a bit ignorant, as I still haven't been taught about that time period in History yet, but I've been feeling the urge to watch something where it's set in the Victorian Era.(at least that's what I think I am looking for)
You know, something with a similar feel to Rozen Maiden(well except that's set in the present....but you get the point)
Also, I don't really have any specific genre in mind, so I'm pretty much open to any. I'm already about to watch A Victorian Romance Emma, but kinda wanted to know of more possible choices. Thanks in advance!

Steamboy isn't Victorian themed but it's set in the 19th Century which matches the Victorian Era timeline.

For anime you could consider Le Chavelier d'Eon and Kuroshitsuji

For magna, you should then consider the companion manga to Emma, Shirley
Kuroshitsuji
Godchild and Lady Victorian
Bizenghast has a Victorian feel to it, though it takes place in the modern era

Le Chavelier d'Eon takes place in 1770s-80s or thereabout, several decades off of the Victorian era.

Nadia and the secret of blue water
It doesn't think, it doesn't feel, it doesn't laugh or cry..... All it does from dusk till dawn is make the soldiers die.

Pandora Hearts and seconding Black Butler - both of these titles were quite fun, and since you liked Rozen Maiden you're likely to enjoy these. Black Butler is getting a second season soon, so if you end up liking it that's a big plus.

D Grayman has 18th century feel, and so far as I've seen it's a decent shounen series.

The Empire from Legend of the Galactic Heroes has a fairly victorian feel if you can deal with the older animation style. Nobles, peasants, "your Excellency", the whole shabang in the aristocracy department. Same deal with Rose of Versaille - older art style, aristocracy, costumes, etc.

This club seems to specialize in this area, you might want to check out their related titles lists :
