there is a girl with a rare disease and the only way to save her is a strong person must have sex with her but the only two people there that could do it was the mc and the girls dad so they decided that the mc should have sex with her to save her but because of the disease the girl is unconscious so its rape. im not 100% sure if what i said is fully correct but the principle is still the same.
