Is there any chance that Ai will reborn like Aqua and Ruby and help them reach their Goals? I mean it's possible.

I wouldn't even go there.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Now I haven’t read the manga so I’m not that reliable but I do have hind sight before I inevitably do, it is more than possible that she could’ve been reborn.
She dies a little after they turn 3 years old meaning if she was reborn, she would have been 13 at the time. However, I don’t know what purpose it would serve to the story and we also don’t know why Gorou or Sarina retained their memories when they were reincarnated.

Whether or not Aka Akasaka goes down that path for the manga will have to be seen.

I don't think Ai will come back.
She lives on in Ruby and Aqua, and they don't miss her that much, because they do what their mother told they would do.
(ofc they miss her, but also feel close to her)

the whole goddamn point is that she did! (not in a literal sense though)
you can see aspects of her in the main cast. the underlying narrative is supposed to be that as they uncover more and more about her, they'll realize how she helped each one of them grow in various ways even without being physically there. (at least that was my takeaway as an anime only)

afterthought: reborn to whom exactly? ruby and aqua?

Actually Aqua had hope that she reincarnated just like him but some sort of being (depicted as little bright haired girl) told him she’s no longer in this world and has moved on. Whether that’s true or not I cannot say.
