I just finished the anime and started reading the LN but I can't help myself remembering that one tiktok I saw. First of all who the heck is John Smith, why does alpha fight Cid, lastly how and why is the girl from the normal world back and is she powerful?

I don't know about any tiktok. But I've read the manga. Assuming it's the same as the LN these are the answers.
