| Try Mahoutsukai no Yome... I find it a very good-great anime cuz I thought, back when I watched, that it was very pretty (art style wise) and it was kind committed with itself while developing in depth the characters, overall Chise- the MC. It's a drama/supernatural show that I found intriguing because reminder me of Natsume Yuujinchou but without the laid back/slice of life vibe. It might be a good time to watch considering that next year we're gonna have a second season and, if you like it, you'd be able to catch up easily. But, regarding that you've throw this question specifically in Bocchi's anime discussion I should, at least, try to show my point how this anime would be great compared/relating to Bocchi The Rock itself. Well, if I could put shortly I'd say that Hitori and Chise are similar in her personalities since both of 'em seems like real downers but literally can save the whole character roaster just by standing close to it... Although the circumstances of The Ancient Magus Bride can be far way of what Bocchi's anime actually is I highly recommend to you but I shall warn you that it might be a little slow in the beginning but it might compensates you along the ups and downs that comes along as the story goes by. Also, if you look a little about it for yourself and it rly happen to catch your eye as make you watch the thing for real for real I do suggest you to start with the OVAs -from 2015 or so- to get into the anime released in 2017... it can be a tough thing to do because at the same time that the OVAs was interesting for me for background experience with Chise I can't say that it was smooth, after all, those episodes can be rly slow paced and feels like nothing rly happens PS: there are some new OVAs for the upcoming season if you, somehow, manage to finish the show itself and I, also, recommend you to check it out if you'd like it. --- Btw, I checked your MAL profile (sry if I look like a creep now 🤭) and I can't deny that I was a bit scared about your scores in anime... I found a little hard to understand what you're into but I notice that you enjoyed Mushoku Tensei for example (mainly the first part though).. maybe Mahoutsukai no Yome would be into your alley then but I can't rly say 🤔... the first part of Mushoku Tensei was a bit slow as well but, personally, I was intrigued how Rudeus was discovering his new world and the possibilities that comes with it... Mahoutsukai, for instance, can bring that feeling as well but if anything, in a more introspective way, considering Hatori Chise personality and background overall: what a depressing girl... Anyhow, I'm honestly puzzled while coming to your possible reaction to The Ancient Magus Bride... |

I was captivated when I watched and, till this date, is one of those animes that I certainly would want an continuation... anyway, it might be one for you... also, was animated by Studio Bones... |

| I’ve seen you on a couple of threads now, and from the looks of it you really aren’t having any luck finding shows you’d like that you haven’t seen. If I were you I’d probably do some personal research across the MAL or other sites for new shows to watch cause mostly people in forums will suggest popular stuff that’s you’ve likely already seen… |
