Sad no Rhythm Heaven representation. Sigh. DS I prefer even though Wii/Fever is really good. (It has as many entries as Kid Icarus (not counting Megamix as a collection), it's SPD team and it's music Wario Ware). Unless someone forgot I think it should count.
Just for fun Brain Age DS entry 1.
Super Mario - Galaxy (only one I didn't get bored with and played the most of 2D or 3D Mario. I'd not that and going 2D then Mario Bros DS)
The Legend of Zelda (not sure yet. Enjoyed Four Swords Anniversary but otherwise can't really pinpoint a 3D or 2D one over bother even for the very little I've played of certain entries)
Pokemon (don't play them)
Metroid - Dread is too restrictive for me to call it the best as unlike other entries I can tell it's annoying and by design which other Metroid games or mwtroidvanias don't have. Otherwise I've only played bits of Super, finished Other M and parts of Federation Force. So I don't have many options
Kirby - only played the Wii U one (Rainbow Curse/Paint Brush. I assume other entries are good I just haven't played them yet.
Splatoon - only played 1.
Animal Crossing - never played
Fire Emblem - only played Fates 1 so and not much of it yet so can't compare them. I've played more Codename Steam then I have FE so far.
Xenoblade Chronicles - only played X so can't compare them
F-Zero - only played GP Legend and X besides GX on Dolphin. I enjoy both but do think X has the edge. GX I haven't played enough.
Star Fox - only played Zero and Command.
Pikmin - only played 3
Earthbound/Mother - never played but respect
Kid Icarus - only played the first one and it was alright
Punch Out - only played the NES one but I assume Wii or Super Punch out are good. Teleroboxer I know isn't the same series but for being boxing and 3D which Pjnchout never got I'll say that's pretty good.
Super Smash Bros. - only played Brawl and 3DS and don't have a preference of one over the other yet.
Donkey Kong - only played Tropical Freeze and 64 and I think TP is good but I assume without experiencing the OG DKC games it's hard to tell.
WarioWare - Hmm tough one. Played both Minigame Mania, Touched and Wii and it's really tough. I like the different inputs using the hardware more than just pressing buttons. But like with Rhythm Heaven I like the minigames and the stylus works great in these games.
Yoshi - only played Wooly World so.
Golden Sun - never played but respect. |
