How's the dub?

So I'm planning to watch this anime dubbed in Anglo-Saxon but it's kinda old. Is the English version of good quality or do I have to submit myself to japan once again?

I heard it gets incredibly shit when it switches to the new dubbing team for the last arc, but I watched the second arc dubbed and it wasn't that bad. There are stupid changes that mess up characterization though, like switching Diane's cold & emotionless countdown when she was trying to retrieve Elaine to genuine worry for her safety in ep 1.
