I love both of them (they are literally the same person so why I am I saying this)
But since I don't watch boruto (and I only watched boruto movie)
I will go with shippuden Sasuke

Boruto sasuke is much more likable and doesn’t have crazy ideals like shippuden sasuke. Shippuden sasuke wanted to kill itachi for killing the uchiha clan to protect Konoha. Once itachi died and sasuke found out why he massacred the uchiha clan, sasuke wanted to kill everyone who influenced sasuke to kill the uchiha and then destroy konoha which his brother sacrificed everything to protect. He then wanted to rule the entire world after everyone was trapped in the infinite tsukuyomi, but was stopped by Naruto. He then left the village on a “soul searching” journey and missed Naruto’s wedding, his only friend and the person who got him out of a lifetime of jail. Shippuden sasuke was generally an asshole and was one of the least likable characters.
