Cannot Remember Manga/Anime Name. Please Help!!

I watched this anime somewhere between 2012-2014 and it wasn't very popular. It was a Manga adaptation, but the anime producers didn't produce animation, but rather a slideshow of the manga itself. The main character has orange hair and she is a quiet student. The boy is in love with this manga artist who also happens to be the shy girl, and they become friends after that and then become a couple later on. It's mainly a slice of life along with romance and little drama. Main character has orange hair and is a manga artist and her best friend has red hair. If anyone could help, that would be great. Thank you
