its not remake its different and you can skip the first and second season if u want to
but its good with really intense and bloody fights

I recommend fate farnchise especially
Fate zero, unlimited blade works and heaven's feel routes
Although they are not high on action but on the clash of ideals,when the moment comes there is nothing better than these.

There are also one punch man,mob psycho, sword of the stranger , bungou stray dogs in which fights get better as the story progresses.

There is also naruto and Naruto shippuden and boruto ep 65 in which some fights are considered to be best in the industry

Watch order
Fate zero-2 seasons
Then the sequel fate stay night 2 alternatives (routes)

1.fate stay night unlimited blade works - 2 seasons
2.fate stay night heaven's feel - 2 movies ,3rd and final movie will be released this year

Complete fate stay night unlimited blade works first then watch the movies

The heaven's feel route is sooo dark and mature make sure you watch them alone
The remaining all series are like spinoffs not as good as these.

Noein has some amazing fight animations but it's not purely an action anime. It's sort of a hodgepodge of many different genres.

One Punch Man has great animation. It was created by the same person who made Mob Psycho 100.

Mob Psycho 100 also has a second season which isn't on your list.
