Is there a good anime with a medieval setting I have yet to watch? Or just simply a fantasy setting, that would do.

I don't mind isekai.
With the minimum ecchi possible!!
Bonus point if it has romance.
Not too much episode (max 50 episodes per season)

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha and Overlord should both fit the bill.

Also, like Arkweiser, I would highly recommend Vinland Saga.
