The two anime that I've watched and currently air
-stein's gate and dr stone
Free genre but the main protagonist or dominant mc must have power or knowledge in any scientific fields or engineering thanks 😄

Kaze Tachinu - fictionalized biopic loosely based on the life of Jiro Horikoshi
Atom: The Begining

I'm not sure if you would like either, both are completely different compared to Steins;Gate or Dr. Stone.

The MC is not a scientist or engineer but you might want to check out Subete ga F ni Naru where the key to solving the mystery revolves around programming.

Wow yes, thanks for the reply and yeah it's ok even if it's not the same as Stein's gate or dr.stone and that's the point i just curious and want to know how much depth the topic in this case rl knowledge(although sometimes with a bit of fiction of course) in anime even if it just like cooking or social psychology like in oregairu (if you watch that anime) i just find it enjoyable for me
