Maken-Ki! Two! OVA "Takeko" Ooyama Dub VA

Hi there, I've searched high and low and I can't find any leads on this. If anyone knows or has information regarding which VA did "Takeko" Ooyama (The one off gender bent version of Takeru Ooyama) which appeared in the Maken-Ki! OVA I'd be in your debt.

So far, from what I've seen there was no character info for Takeko on the Maken-Ki! OVA's character roster for the two-part OVA, found here:

looking around further, the only information i was able to find was this picture and the spelling of her name, https://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/tv-shows/Maken-ki-OVA/Takeko-Ooyama/ with no english voice actor listed.

It does however, list Chiwa Saito as the japanese VA for Takeko, but being that I've never seen a japanese va do an english version, I'm pretty sure then perhaps one of the other english female VA did the part of Takeko.

It's such a small part, but it has such great one liners and it sounded like the version genuinely had such a fun time doing it, but I wish I could just nail down in my mind who exactly it was and see them credited for their work.

I look forward to hearing back, hopefully one of you out there appreciates where I'm coming from.
