It was Wandering Son the anime I just remembered it incorrectly..

This is the text that I was looking for does anyone know where it is from originally?

One morning when I was fourteen I looked in the mirror and realized that my face had changed. Before, I'd had a pretty cute face. My skin was rosy pink and smooth and the wind would brush my bangs softly across my forehead. I really liked the way I looked. However, I now looked terrible. My blond hair turned mousy brown and straggly and something red emerged on the tip of my nose.

First off all thank you for the reply!

I don't think so but it fits the description and I have found it when I have been searching for keywords but I skimmed through the first two chapters but it didn't seem to be the manga I remember and I couldnt find the poem "scene" but maybe that part wasnt in the beginning like I think it was Im gonna look through it yet again to be certain.

And also I might be confusing the manga which I am thinking about with another one but I have a vague memory that the main character might have been playing or learning to play the piano.

I also remember that there was a part where the girl was helping the boy to dress up in girls clothing and to put on a wig and then they walked around in public while he was worried that someone would recognize him.
