Should I start reading the seven deadly sins manga from the start or pick it up from where it stopped?

So I don't really want to wait weeks to get the story of seven deadly sins, so i wanted to start on the manga, should I in that case start from the beginning or pick up where the anime left of, as I don't know how much the anime has followed the manga.

If I were to pick off where it stopped, what chapter would that be

I'd always start from the beginning when transferring from anime to manga. The anime is never 100% when following the manga so starting from the beginning is always your best bet.

If you have time, I'd suggest starting from the beginning since most anime tend to skip some details from the manga. (Some of which may be crucial.)
