Can someone help me on this manga ?

the main character was a blonde girl with short hair, she was half japanese and half western

because of her blonde hair, people in her class think that she was a delinquent and bad kid, even the teacher think that she was a bad kid. She was all alone and spending her time in class drawing manga.

Then the blonde girl meet with this black haired with long hair ojou sama that was perfect, keep smiling and always help people with compassion, people love and respect her and the teacher think she was a perfect girl( she also from wealthy family).

the blonde girl then somehow meet with this ojou sama and told her, "heh , your smile, your action, your kindess, all of it was fake, i can see it that you faking everything about your life".

The ojou sama then surpised and interested with this blonde girl and told her "want to become my friend ? i don't have real friend that can see me how the way i am"

in the end the ojou sama and the blonde girl become friends, the blonde girl also have hobby of drawing manga and the ojou sama always reading her works and praise her.
