I finished Monster anime yesterday and I was wondering what were the feelings that Johan felt for Ana. In my opinion she not only saw her half but also was in love with her (incest)
1 - He protected her
2 - He said that everything was hers
3 - said he was born to cover her with flowers
4 - He hid that he killed people and the day she discovered he did not stand and asked to kill him
5 - He wanted her forgiveness but how he could not plan to commit suicide
I have not read the manga and I do not know what their relationship is like there. What do you guys think about that?
Sorry for my bad English

There's nothing in the series that implies incestuous love between the two, your reasonings are weak. Also, the manga is pretty much the same as the anime, only without the shit pacing.

I don't get how any of Johan's actions imply incestuous love.
Anna was the only character Johan never was willing to harm, psychologically, or physically. She was the one person who stood by his side when he suffered.
So yeah. He loved her.

You’re wrong. Johan Liebert is a nihilist he feels no love towards his sister, and he only sees her as part of his game. As he told the children he’s playing the rooftop game but on a bigger scale. I think a lot of you have forgot he was part of the 511 kenderhein experiment they were made to loose their emotions.

Yeah he loved her but it's not romantic love (eww), it's the love you have for your siblings with a lot of psychological elements in it
