RULES;
Members may claim one | Staff may claim two
Character pictures bigger then 200x100
Date Background must be bigger than 250 x 150 (Default is tower in example, just leave it blank if no custom)
IF custom background, tell me what you want as the focus or I'll pick //no refunds :]
Character can be from anything (game, tv show, cartoons, anime/manga)
