| It doesn't have to be JOSEI, but it has to be mature and adulty (like characters aren't acting like 12 year olds when they like someone or whatever) - Female MC isn't subservient and isn't super weird and "cute-sy" - male MC isn't a creepy rapey dude who just looks good (eg any josei smut manga) - muST have romance/some drama to keep it going - Good character development + relationship development - no harems/reverse harems, unlike a SMALL LOVE TRIANGLE IS COMPLETELY NECESSARY - NO "i'm 20 and has never had a boyfriend" trope, like unless it doesn't make the MC seem weird and "innocent" i dont want that. (it sounds really creepy, but whenver that is brought up, the male MC always acts super rapey and makes it seem like hes gonna 'take' her virgnity or whatever stupid 'innocent' shit) IF ITS POPULAR I'VE PROBABLY READ IT OR HAVE ALREADY HEARD OF IT THANKS. |
