| Kaira stood stiffly in his arms, forcing back tears of what seems like an unavoidable fate. ''Okay...'' she hugged him back. |

| Yosuke hearing Kaira close to tears broke apart "you dont think i can do you"He asked |

| "I didnt say that...'' Kaira avoided eye contact. |

| "you dont have to its the way your acting its obvious"Yosuke said angrily but hurt inside |

| Kaira trembled with both anger and saddeness, ''It's hard to believe in anything Yosuke... Muchless myself...'' she was just spouting words, trying hard to keep herself together. |

| Yosuke saw Kaira trembling and all anger and hurt was lost as he saw how much Kaira hurt herself so he just held her tight "let it all out its ok" |

| "No, its not fare!'' Kaira yelled as she started crying, ''Your always there for me...'' She held onto Yosukes shirt tightly, ''Whos gonna be there for you when I loose to Thantos's control.'' she hid her head in his chest, ''Whos going to protect you?'' she finally stated her feelings. |

| Yosuke lost for words just held her tightly as she cried |

| Kaira bawled on Yosuke, having nothing left to say. She could do nothing, other than run. She was hopeless and here was Yosuke trying to help her. |

| Kaira pulled away and looked at Yosuke red eyed, ''That doesnt answer my question...'' she looked down, '' we should head back, now.'' she said, changing the subject suddenly. |

| Yosuke lifted Kaira's head up "look i'll be ok as long as you are trust me" he then kissed her "yeah it is getting dark"yosuke said looking at the sky |

| Frazzled by what Yosuke had said, Kaira started away, not really wanting to stay out late. |

| (frazzled man i havent heard that for a while) Yosuke picked Kaira up in his arms and carried her "dont want you tripping up in the daark"Yosuke said |

| (lol :3) "Dont do that so suddenly!'' Kaira wailed, then turned away, their conversation just now still fresh on her mind. |

| "There you go again, acting all embarressing....'' Kaira pouted, happy that it was dark enough for Yosuke not to see her red face. |

| "what you mean loke this"Yosuke said kissing Kaira's cheek the chin then lips and holding there |

| Kaira held onto Yosuke's shirt kissing him back, then pulled away momenteraly to say, "Just like that,'' she pulled her lips back to his. |

| Yosuke smiled as he kissed deeply back momenterily standing still |

| Kaira knew she shouldnt get too attached to such happy moments, but she wanted to be held by Yosuke. She pulled away, not looking away from Yosuke, ''Lets go back to the house... I'm sure you dont want to stand, hold me, and be kissing me at the same time....'' she said quietly. |

| "i could hold you all day if it meant kissing you"Yosuke replied smiling |

| Kaira turned scarlet, then she said, ''Just take me back to the house please?'' |

| "ok on the condition we can kiss more there"Yosuke said smiling |

| Kaira stared at Yosuke, red and totally embarressed, ''Fi... Fine...'' |

| "thats good"yosuke said as he started walking againn smiling at Kaira's clear embarressment |

| Kaira just kept quiet as she searched for the lights of the house. |

| Yosuke having used his intitive pulled out a torch and passed it to Kaira |

| "Whats this for?'' Kaira took the torch. |
|
| "so we can see where we're going"Yosuke said |

| Kaira nodded, ''I dont remember the walk to the lake being this long... It's taking a while tog- get back....'' She looked to Yosuke, ''Am I weighing you down?'' |

| "no no its fine"Yosuke said keeping the fear out his voice |
|
| Kaira held the torch before them and leaned on Yosukes chest and heard his heart beating a littke fast. Was he scared? There was a barrier around this place, it shouldnt have worn off so fast. |

| Yosuke kept walking slowly turning around not wanting to alert Kaira |
|
| Kairas warriness about getting back to the house wore off, as she started to get tired. ''Are we almost there?'' Up in one of the trees, a black hawk stared doen at them. It was actong as Thantos's eyes. |

| "dont worry wont be long now"Yosuke said walking a little faster |
|
| Kaira nodded, too tired to hear Yosukes anxiety, ''okay.'' The bird followed along. |

| After 30 minutes of walking the house lights finally come into sight |
|
| Kaira saw the lights and said, ''Finally.'' The bird stopped at the edge the forrest and cawed, Kaira pretended not to hear. |

| Yosuke heard the bird but was oblivious to what it meant "soon i'll be kissing you again"He said happily |
|
| Kaira forrowed her brow, then turned to the house, turning red again. |

| Yosuke saw Kaira go red from the light of the flashlight and smiled |
|
| Kaira hid her face as they entered the house. |
|
| Yosuke quickly led the way to the bedroom holding the door open for Kaira |
|
| Kaira went in, she wasnt going to break her promise, no matter how shy she felt. |

| Yosuke quickly followed Kaira smiling |

| Kaira turned to Yosuke, ''Try not to look so excited will you?'' she sat on the bed, shyly looking at Yosuke. |

| "on the condition you dont look so shy no matter how cute it makes you"Yosuke said as he walked over and kissed Kaira deeply on the lips |

| Kaira kissed back and scooted further unto the bed, making room for Yosuke. ''I cant help that...'' she said between breaths. |

| Yosuke pulled away getting onto the bed "you expect me to think your shy after that kiss outside"Yosuke said kssing her neck |
