| Robin He nodded in agreement. Going straight down the middle seemed risky though. That was originally the way they went the first time, and it didn't end well. | Farron Walking through the city she felt a slight tremble, suddenly stopping. "Alright, put your wounded foots against mine, Ill give you a quick ice cast. it shoukd reduce pain while running, which we'll most likely have to do in a few moments" she said, grabbing her blade from her back. "It was also originally what Id have given you anyway" she continued coldly "and we're going to have to be fast |
| Robin "Eh?" ..."Ehhhhhhh?!" He was surprised, more so because they were going to have to run from that thing again. No, surely not. Sure, he absolutely hates it, but did he want to run from it again, after how close the stupid worm came last time? After quietening down, he put his foot against hers. He didn't really hesitate this time, it was pretty necessary. |
| Itami Itami was quiet, but he nodded to Mio. Orukknag Orukknag was smiling slightly, this was a good chance, should he take it? Should he? No. I shall wait. I'm simply having to much fun he giggled a bit. |

Farron She gave a nod as she felt the 2 feet, then touched them with the dull side of her sword, one at a time, creating an ice casting. it would lessen the pain a bit, as well as numb it, so it should allow them to run a bit. a few moments later the low growl returned, as well as the trembling "Guess that's darling" She said "Let's get going! going to take the 3rd street to the right!" She said, as she started running, and was going to match the pace of those behind her. The female voice came through the area again "Farron! don't leave me! why would you want to get out with humans? didn't they betray you all the time? why would you work with them?!? Stay with me my Queen!" "And be someone's possession? no thanks" She said coldly |
| Itami Itami felt the rumbling from where he was standing, although it was faint. He wanted to run up, run up and help his friends. He took deep breaths to calm himself. |
| Alice tried to keep up with Farrons pace and Robins yet even so she was several steps behind. Sweat streamed down her face and her orange bangs had plastered themselves to her forehead. She felt lightheaded and just wanted to stop. Yet she didn't. As if being pushed by some superior force that kept her legs moving she kept running. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "One minute has passed! We ened to go through the other side now!" said Mio as she climbed it. "Come on Itami!" she said "I know you want to help... I want too... but we need to listen to Farron..." she said "I'm no match for her..." she said, looking away |
| Itami Itami started climbing as well, his eyes were narrowed. His concentration deadly. Orukknag followed behind, still giggling a bit. Itami was unsure of Orukknag, but he said he was a servant so who cares? Let him stay, Itami thought. |

He wasn't sure. He was surprised at how well Farron could run while blind, she really did know the place well. "Watch out! About 10 metres in front of you it some debris - you can jump over it!" He shouted towards her. |

| Farron She gave a quick nod and counted her steps before making the leap, the ice particles flowing behind her as she did, glistering through the air. a few steps later she turned herself to the right, running into that third street "Alright, just 2 more turns and we're there, we should be able to make it. with us in the city the others should be safe from this creature, we're the prime target here after all" She said "the 2nd left!" "Don't betray me Farron, stay here, where you belong!" |
| Itami Itami pumped his arms, Opheus was slung on his back. Orukknag was far ahead of them, god he was fast. Itami's robes flapped behind him as he ran. |
| Mio She was running almost at the same speed as Itami. |
| The calm run Mio, Itami and Orukknag were having however, with the slight background noise, soon turned into something slightly less dangerous. the increased trembling had made the icicles hanging from the roof starting to wiggle and fall, as well as making rocks come down from the wall, rolling towards them, almost creating a real life bullet hell game, minus the bullets, and plus the icicles. there also seemed to be a second trembling, softer, but closer to them |
| Mio Uchibyashi She tried to make herself and Itami something like a water helmet to protect themunder bad circumstances as she continued running. |
| Itami Itami felt the rumbling more here. He stopped, that thing had killed Salin. He wanted to go over to where it was and rip it apart, murder it, bathe in it's blood, decimate it, he wanted to fucking kill the thing. Kill, kill, kill... Slowly the old Itami was coming back, his eyes narrowed, his frown deepened, he unslung Opheus. His aura just leaked murder. His red eyes blazed with anger, with hate, with pictures of murder. He ignored the icicles smashing to either side of him, by some miracle they weren't hitting. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "NO Itami... Not now... please come back..." she said as she gripped him. "We need to run! That's the plan... please..." she said, looking at him... |
| Alice felt as if she wanted to die, she had never run so much in her life, not even when her freak of a professional Triathlon Pe teacher made them do his daily workout. Closing her eyes she just ran, following the other footsteps only opening her eyes every now and again to make sure she wouldn't trip. She wouldn't trip. |
| Robin He followed Farron still, his stamina not faulting him, but his foot where the ice was. It was hurting, even with the help of Farron, but it didn't affect his speed tremendously. He was still very fast, just not as fast as he usually was. As they weaved throughout the decrepit streets he wondered where they were going to. Didnt she mention a bakery? he thought to himself, like he was trying to take his mind off the rumbling and intimidation that 'darling' provided. |
| Itami Itami felt someone grab him, he looked to the side and saw Mio pleading with him and he snapped back to his old self by those soft lips forming words, her hair flowing around her. Itami shook his head, Why am I thinking these things? What's wrong with me? I've never noticed those things about Mio before He thought confused. He started running again. Orukknag was up ahead slashing a katana above his head and blasting apart icicles as they fell, How is he able to do that? He must be tremendously strong... |
| Mio Uchibyashi "Thanks..." she said quetly, as they started running again "I know how you feel... I feel the same way aswell... but that's the plan, we need to stick to it..." she said, looking at him. "I wanted to be together with them... to fight too... beside everybody... to celebrate victory together." she said |

| Itami Itami didn't say anything just kept running, he was confused. He didn't know how, but Mio seemed more... more... attractive? Itami cleared his head of thoughts and kept running. An icicle smashed next to him and Itami flinched as ice sprayed him. |

| Orukknag Orukknag laughed as he jumped and did flips, avoiding the rubble and things falling. He slashed his sword above him and cut an icicle which burst apart in a thousand sprinkles of ice. He was the King of Hydra's, this was nothing. God humans are weak. How did they get so injured coming here? he thought incredulously. |
| A small worm, probablt 1/20th of the size of Darling, but still quite big, suddenly popped up behind Mio and Itami, chasing them and going for their feet. without those, they couldnt run after all Farron She made a quick left into the second street, this one practically filled with rubble, as the trembling came closer, towards them. Farron quickly calculated in her head, would they be able to just run on, they could make it |
| Mio Uchibyashi She just looked at Orukknag, who was strangely avoiding these obstacles with ease, while actually having fun. "That dude really looks strong... But... something doesn't feel right again..." she said quietly, looking at him. She didn't like the aura around him. It was harder for her to even breathe around that guy. |
| Itami Itami noticed the worm behind them. MIO! he shouted trying to get her attention. |
| The floor was vibrating more, Alice could feel it. She skidded as she tried to imitate Farrons turn wasting precious energy yet carried on. She only hoped she was respiring aerobically since if she were still respiring anaerobically then her lactic acid build up would have probably reached danger levels. How much longer before they were out? |
| Mio Uchibyashi "I know! Something is coming from behind"! she shouted as she sent a slash of water towards it. That slowed her a little bit, though.[/b] |
| Itami Itami grabbed her hand and pulled her along, DON'T SLOW DOWN! he shouted desperately. |
| Orukknag Orukknag saw Itami and the girl being chased by a worm. He grinned, this was a chance to gain "trust". He ran back to them and raised his Katana into the air. |
| Mio Uchibyashi "I'm trying to hit it... but thanks." she said, unsure of why he was so overprotective now. I mean... That worm wouldn't be too much of a problem, would it? |
| Robin He turned with her, quickly checking back to see if Alice was keeping up... she was, just. "Hey, left, now!" He shouted as a mound of rubble was quickly about to confront Farron. This would be difficult, there was rubble... everywhere. He even had to check his own footing, and he could see! The rumbling getting closer only spurred him on to make this in time. "Come on, come on!" He muttered to himself. |
| The worm dived into the earth again, rumbling around underneath, the multitude of trembles making it hard to pinpoint its location, but it was somewhere alright. in the meantime, the amount of icicles just seemed to have increased |
| Orukknag Sped past Itami and the girl, he slashed his Katana down, trying to hit the worm. His eyes glinted murderously, his smile was a sinister and twisted thing. |
| Mio Uchibyashi She was running as fast as she could, but one icicle suddenly started falling from above her, milimeters away. |
| Farron She made a quick dodge to the left, hitting the rubble, but just. it wasnt that bad, nothing major "Almost there, 1 more turn, then a couple of steps" She said, closing in on the turn they had to make, as well as a pillar at head height, which had fallen collapsed and was barely hanging into the building next to them. the trembling seemed extremely close alreay, this might be a close call... |
| Itami Itami saw the icicle fall as if in slow motion, he tackled Mio out of the way. The icicle landing and piercing the back of his leg. He grunted but didn't say anything. |
| Just a little more, few more strides, please, c'mon, she thought to herself giving her legs one last push. The vibrations being emit from the floor seemed to get stronger and louder which contributed to at least making her keep a steady pace |

| Itami Itami was walking now, leaning on Opheus with each step. The icicle had cut pretty deep. He couldn't run, he couldn't do it. Icicles smashed to either side of him, spraying ice everywhere. He fell to his knees but got up again. He would keep going. |
| Robin Once again he turned to make sure Alice was keeping up, which she was. However, you could tell it was straining for her. "You can do it, Alice!" He shouted before turning around to look at Farron. Then he noticed it. It was literally a second or two from hitting her, why hadn't he been looking? "FARRON, DUCK!" He cried as the pillar was bout to make contact with her head. If her reactions were good, she might have been able to get away with it... |
| The worm suddenly shot out of the wall, going for Mio. it was a bit hurt, yeah, but it was still very alive, and its target was clear, his mouth spread open. the cave entrance was only 50 meters away from them Farron She heard Robin call out, after which she immediately moved to duck. the problem however, lies in the timing. would he have told her before hand it would have been easy to dodge, but she had no idea how close it was. as such, she hit the pillar with her head, almost frontal, the ice that was still on her face flying everywhere as a sort of cold explosion, slamming her downwards and with the back of her head against the ground. great, reliability wasn't a strong point, huh? Sliding on a bit, she put her feet down again and made a right, shaking her head to get that hurting feeling out of it. She suddenly, within a few steps, turned and went inside a building, the sign of it on the floor, only spelling the letters 'Bak'. She wasnt paying attention to the headache, what did it matter.... "Alright, there should be a hatch up ahead, wide enough for one person. with the ice around it'll be just like a slide, so go down, Robin up first, then Alice, I'll be heading down last" She said, standing next to the hatch. |
| Itami Itami's eyes widened as the worm shot out of the wall, a blur sped past him and Orukknag leaped into a flying kick aimed at the worm. God he is fast... Itami thought. |

| Alice heard the smash, yet didn't see it and she definitely felt the icy explosion. She was several steps behind Robin still. His words of encouragement hadn't been heard over the noise of blood pumping in her ears. What had Farron said? She hasn't heard.. Was it because of the blood or was she too far away? Just like that she stopped breathing hard looking around her, she couldn't see either of them, where.. Where had they disappeared too? There was nobody in sight, only the vibrations of the XXL worm could be seen |
